Hello all,
I’ve been training consistently for about 4 years. At this point I feel some difficulty seeing real gains. My pmag25 arrived last night and I took my first dose this morning. Plan to run 50/75/75/75/75.
Current stats
Age: 26
Height: 6’0”
Weight: 186lbs
Body fat: 11%
1MR’s
Deadlift: 405
Bench: 295
Squat: 245 (I know it’s bad. ?*) Main focus of this cycle is to boost my legs.
I definitely consider myself a hard gainer. I was 145lbs, skin and bones 4 years ago. My caloric intake for this cycle is roughly 5,000 calories a day. Trying to consume 300g of protein and carbs per day to assist the bulk. Not shying away from the fats either as I have no problem losing fat being an ectomorph.
I am open to any and all suggestions that you guys may have! This is my first cycle of anything and I plan to keep up with this post to track results!
