Training Programming
Will be training 4x per week. Will be following 5/3/1 with the boring but big template with arm work added on upper body days. Will also be employing Joker Sets when possible. Will get light cardio in daily walking 30 minutes a day.
Nutrition philosophy
Calorie and carb cyclical meal plan with 3000 calories a day on training days and 2500 on off days, with less carbs and little carbs later in day on off days.
Calories will be getting dialed up by 500 per day week after week as needed, based on body fat gains.
Measurements
-daily weigh ins
-daily BF measurements with a caliper (understanding that it's not necessary I have the tool and now how to use it. Would rather more measurements available to see trends, that would indicate if I should be dialing back food or adding food)
-will post new pics at end of every 1 month period

Multi Vitamin 2x daily
Creatine
Pump inducing preworkout drink
Monster Energy drink 0 calorie
Expectations
-Add 25% to 40% 1RM for bench and press
-Add 40% to 60% 1RM for squat and deadlift
-Add 15 lbs of LBM
-Retain all lean mass after PCT
-Balanced blood work post pct (I have starting blood work in hand.) I will check it post pct as well and report back at that time.
This is kicking off tomorrow Monday 9/11/17. End date 12/2/17 PCT start date 12/4/17 PCT end date 12/31/17 followed by 4 weeks of post pct period where I'm hoping to balance everything completely especially the SHBG, hoping that kings blood will be good for all of that. Kings blood start date 1/1/18 to 1/28/18.
