Training Programming
Will be training 4x per week. Will be following 5/3/1 with the boring but big template with arm work added on upper body days. Will also be employing Joker Sets when possible. Will get light cardio in daily walking 30 minutes a day.

Nutrition philosophy
Calorie and carb cyclical meal plan with 3000 calories a day on training days and 2500 on off days, with less carbs and little carbs later in day on off days.
Calories will be getting dialed up by 500 per day week after week as needed, based on body fat gains.

Measurements
-daily weigh ins
-daily BF measurements with a caliper (understanding that it's not necessary I have the tool and now how to use it. Would rather more measurements available to see trends, that would indicate if I should be dialing back food or adding food)
-will post new pics at end of every 1 month period

Supplementation
Magnesium nightly
Fish oil
CLA
Multi Vitamin 2x daily
Creatine
Pump inducing preworkout drink
Monster Energy drink 0 calorie

Expectations
-Add 25% to 40% 1RM for bench and press
-Add 40% to 60% 1RM for squat and deadlift
-Add 15 lbs of LBM
-Retain all lean mass after PCT
-Balanced blood work post pct (I have starting blood work in hand.) I will check it post pct as well and report back at that time.



This is kicking off tomorrow Monday 9/11/17. End date 12/2/17 PCT start date 12/4/17 PCT end date 12/31/17 followed by 4 weeks of post pct period where I'm hoping to balance everything completely especially the SHBG, hoping that kings blood will be good for all of that. Kings blood start date 1/1/18 to 1/28/18.

It's solid bro but I worry about something , trest mk677 and creatine that's a lot of water. Keep an eye on you BP

Thanks man, will do... My BP is actually slightly low. It's in the "child/athlete" range 100/65 range...
Ran trest and creatine together back in early spring and I was much fatter probably around 18 to 20% body fat, didn't really have any issues. I'm at around 12% now.

Don't worry about bf bro it melts really easy from 20% yeah keep an eye on bp also , why don't you add a lean prohormone like epistane you can bulk up without touch the 20%

I'm not 20% now. I'm 12%. I was saying in reference to comment about BP. Goal here is to add 20 lbs and try and stay at or under 15% BF. So I'm hoping for 12 lbs LBM...

My train of thought is: receptors are fresh, take advantage of needing limited product to get result. As receptor loses sensitivity to product continue to ramp up to the max dose. If I start at 15 I have no where to go when receptor becomes less sensitive. I understand your train of thought too though. Cause I'm missing gains to a degree in first 3 weeks or so....

First time used LGD I started at 4 mg. More or less waste of time (and I'm conservative when it comes to dosages). If I use LGD again I would do 8-10 mg right of the bat.

What AI do you have on hand?

Also, this is 2nd trest+LGD cycle. Productive first cycle I'll post the log in here.
I have done LGD 2 other times but no test base. That was not productive....

Realized the MK is dosed at 25mg per ml. So I'll be doing that 12.5, to 25, to 37.5 and then taper back down. 6 four week periods...

It's your cycle so by all means, go with what you think is best. However, I don't buy into the whole receptor down regulation. If it were true it would take several months rather than weeks.

Past week or so no weight gain on the 3000 cal meal plan. (Wasn't on cycle at that time.) Bumping it to 3500

And guys. I'm going to up the LGD to 10 mg's for the first 8 weeks. Going to finish out at 15 mg's for last 4 weeks. I have some capsule LGD laying around and I have a bit extra in the liquids I bought, so I can pull that off...

I put up a starter pic in the original post. I'll be posting 1 month progress pics, through pct and through the period when I'm on kings blood, and then the month on nothing but a tapered dose of MK677...

So changing up assistance template. Saying **** squats and deads twice a week. And instead going to keep assistance inline with the main lift. Bench day chest asst, squat day (will do arms and abs) press day will hit shoulders, deads day will hit back and abs. Felt I was not getting enough volume for the big muscles chest, back shoulders. And now I'll have a day to crush my arms. Hopefully I have energy after squating 5/3/1 and the going 3x5 at 70% TM

Hey guys. Need opinion. I have a bottle of s23.... I know it's a couple months away, but would you guys use this in the last part of this cycle while still on trest? To be used as a finisher? Or would I be better off keeping it on the shelf and using it as a cutting cycle down the road?

I dont know about s23 but if you wonna shred some fat at the end of your cycle you could add 11kt / 11ando / 11oxo
It will also lower you cortisol so you wont go into pct with sky high cortisol levels
Still use a cortisol lowering supp in pct like reduce xt or 7oxo

I felt fuller all day once I started it... But now I think I'm just used to the feeling. I don't notice it as much. I definitely feel and look bigger (I gained almost 10 lbs in a week) I have that water retention feeling (like if I had a super salty cheat day the day before) although I haven't been taking AI regularly. I will start that today, I took a little mid last week and felt a bit like my E went to low, so I wanted to watch with that. But I'm gonna start regular 12.5 mg EOD. Sleep is hit and miss. Seems to be improving, at the jump it was not great. And anxiety was a bit of issue. Although that happens when ever I go on something in the first week. But yeah, i feel pretty awesome... Although that feeling doesn't really kick in for me for another couple weeks. Week 3 on, I feel UNSTOPPABLE.

Today's training log. Week 2 Squat Day
Had change from yesterday to today due travel. Didn't do the arm work today because I have overhead pressing and shoulders tomorrow. I'll fit it in somewhere. Took 12.5 mg of exemestane was feeling a bit too much bloat today. Felt better after taking and training.

Since exemestene is suicidel AI you could dose lower and ajust as you go 12,5 mg eod will end up blocking alot of aromatize enzyme so i like doing 12,5mg two day later 12, 5 mg and the eod 6,25 mg and some times e3d to not go to low but still inhibit some af the methylestradiol from the trest

Lifts locking good :)

Thanks. I went with 6.25 several days ago no real effect. So I bumped it up to 12.5mg. Trying to go by feel with the exemestane. I really want my estrogen to stay as high as I can handle... Just without feeling like complete ****... Ha
