stacking dhea with d-aspartic acid

I was wondering if you had any info on stacking dhea with d-aspartic acid im 46 yrs old wanting to increase test levels & cannot find any info if you can or cant stack dhea and d-aspartic acid together.thanks

Lot of mixed feelings on daa, some studies show it actually lowers test

I am 49 and DAA works for me - I did not do bloods. But my libido, strength, blood flow to penis, confidence is all improved - telling me it is raising my testosterone. I would try DAA solo for a couple of weeks and if you feel it improves you, then take it. I can see how it would be 'useless' to younger candidates though, but for us older guys - it has benefits. After a couple of weeks of DAA, I would try DHEA with it. However, DHEA can be a bit suppressive - so maybe you would want to cycle DAA and then DHEA. Or take DHEA for a month on / month off etc...food for thought.

Was just reading a study this morning on daa supplementation, the finding was that estrogen was lowered slightly but lh, fsh, and total testosterone levels were uneffected by it.
