What are your full before/after stats?

Tall 176 cm, weight 76-77kg before, now about 80kg. Diet is psmf 2,5 days (mon, thu, wed till lunch, thu, fri, sat till lunch ) then carb loading with slinmax for 5-8 hours. Sunday controlled free meals.
