So apparently EQ boosts cardiovascular endurance by stimulating RBC production, but if that's the only reason it works, why is it more effective than test which also simulates RBC production? Doesn't EPO do the same thing as well?

Confused and the internet isn't helping much aside from people randomly guessing about stuff.

Because it stimulates the production more than test (don't ask me why. Pretty much most effective in that regard seem to be oxymetholone, halotestin, boldenon, mechabol).
Test+Epo also seem to be more effective, however dosing Epo the right and safe way isn't easy and its freakin expensive.

So if one were to use EQ or epo then the cardio respiratory gains only last as long as the elevated RBC count lasts. They aren't stimulating mitochondrial production within cells or anything ofvthat nature which would make the gains long term.

Well secondary effects will take place according to how and how much you train on cycle.

Lung capacity mitochondrial transcription and also angioneogenesis should increase while training hard and sufficient on eq.
Also muscular the effects of training should provide improvement over the time of cycle.

So in essence all EQ and EPO are doing is allowing for more oxygen saturation in the blood which allows for more to reach the cells thereby pushing back your lactate threshold and allowing you to train sub maximally at a would be maximal level. If I'm understanding correctly.

Yes essentially.
Of course EQ still has the typical properties of AAS.
But Epo for training purposes is not the real deal. Unless you see training as the competition.
