Super mandro/ andro the giant help

Stupid question I have... but when stacking these how would you take this?? When you take the super mandro do you also take andro the giant at the same time or do you space them out?? I know you gotta take a 6 pills a day but I was just curious

Take giant and super mandro at the same time. Split dosing into preferably three times a day with one of the doses being preworkout ~4 hours apart with doses is optimal. You're in for a treat
