Hello

I'm currently on a test E only cycle 500ml a week split over two pins a week.

I've had no symptoms but I took my mum to doctors and there was a blood pressure machine you could use for public so thought hey why not......jeeeeeez 170/60 did it again 165/49

That day I purchased my own bp monitor spent good money on a good automatic one.

I'm currently taking
3G harwthorn berrys
2g of omega fish oil
1 baby aspirin 75g a day
Celery extract 3nb 300mg a day

Giving blood this evening as well.

A week on its fluctuating from 128/50 in a morning afternoon 148/62 this evening 165/59

Any advice or thoughts from experience?

Reason I'm asking is I'm extending my cycle for another 6 weeks due to a holiday and I'm making fantastic gains now think I had under dosed test.

Diet has been clean I don't smoke or drink, never had salt and keeping a eye on sodium.

Drinking a gallon a day and have done since started 11 weeks ago

Thanks guys
500ml , LMAO. Well, at that dose BP is high enough to inflate a truck tire.

I suspect you meant 500mg, right? Consider taking a REAL BP medication with REAL Steroids. Google: Telmisartan.
By the way, your BP is not extremely high...

Does not sound worrisome to me.

This. Cialis on-cycle keeps my BP perfect. I've done anywhere from 10-20 mg ED. Lower than 10 doesn't seem to rectify the problem.

A low dose of Cialis is a good option and Telmisartan. Also, for me adding garlic, CoQ10 and upping water intake usually helps me lower it .

You can't reliably use a BP cuff at a retail outlet. You should be relaxed for at least a few minutes, not walking around and then stick your arm in a machine. Doctors do this all the time and it gives a false reading. My doc has you sit for a few to get to normal and then takes it. There can be a 20-40pt difference from a few minutes of rest to just sitting down and taking a reading.

True I know the home machines aren't the best I took mine along with me when I had use of a manual one did the appropriate requirements and to be fair the automatic one came very close to the manual one.

One thing I don't understand is why do they take it when you have to be really relaxed most of my day at work involves a lot of walking manual work etc so guessing it will be at the high end for most of the day

If your arm is 15 or over unflexed you need to have them take it with the bigger cuff or else it will read high. I finally realized that was the problem with my readings being high. Now I always have them use the bigger cuff and it's normal.

You may also want to donate some blood. It will decrease hemoglobin, in turn decreasing blood pressure

Cialis is a vasodilator, awesome for lowering BP and feeding the muscles (and the Johnson). Good recommendation from vujade .
It's a bummer you couldn't get Telmisartan, it has awesome side effects like lowering visceral fat, heighten metabolism and giving endurance.
Micardis (Telmisartan) only stresses kidneys when using certain NSAID's together.
Cialis will do it for you, have fun with the boner! :)

Plus Cialis also helps with enlarged prostate (BPH), which can also happen on cycle....

Bit late to the party but i've had success with clients using CEL Cycle Assist (double dose) and cialis.

If you start advancing with cycle use (adding more compounds) you will likely have to get something stronger.

It's not the systolic that you need to be so concerned about, although obviously monitor and address as needed. What is glaring is the range of the pulse- the difference between systolic and diastolic. Not sure what your numbers usually range, but that is something you may want to look into. Your diastolic is very low.

Soon as im off cycle and all cleared im going to have it investigated in more details doctor wants to attach bp monitor for 24hrs and do bloods etc but being on a cycle they will just straight away zoom in on that and use that as the cause. It's always been low now I'm even more worried ha

The best place to get Cialis, as far as price is concerned, is from a UGL or a reliable RC site.

ive read a few articles recently that the manufacturer of Cialis is trying to get the FDA to approve it
for over the counter sales. I guess theyre patent runs out this year....

I read this, as well. I wouldn't be surprised if it were available OTC in a couple of years or so.

Can't cialis increase nitrates to a dangerous level?

Anything can be dangerous if abused. You can die from drinking too much water. If used responsibly, Cialis is very safe and comes with many long-term health benefits.

Correct, you don't want to prescribe something to a population that is more susceptible to complication. Makes sense right.

bp isn't high?
My body has never been over 130/70 on cycle of some pretty harsh cycles.
Right now I'm on all kinds of isht & it's 117/60.
But I'm also not a bb'er and training for a triathlon

This is correct, one should rest 15min before taking bp

So you guys think I should stop start my pct obviously using the correct time scale etc and wait around 6-8 weeks after completion of pct then get bloods etc see what's happening with the ticker?

Just crap timing as I go away for two weeks to Spain with the misses in 6 weeks hence I was going to extend cycle then do pct when home as I'm nervous that 4 weeks of pct may not recover me and leave me with sad face on holiday for two weeks grrrrrr what to doooo ha

Blood pressure this morning 147/48

Just an update blood pressure has dropped to 128/58 so the donating blood seems to have definitely helped also I've been taking the pressure 1 min apart and 3 times getting the average sat up at a table relax 5 mins before, so hopefully something is on the mend....ish. Two weeks ago I changed test e source as my last vial ran out could the new test have an impact on you such as heart racing or increase of temp as in having hot flashes a lot just a thought.

Thanks again for your feedback guys definitely best site I've signed up to.

Anyone recommend my rubbish scenario on what to do
