Androbolic 250 APS

I'm on my first cycle ever about half way through my second week and I'm feeling drained and my head feels cloudy idk if that makes sense. I'm taking the recommended dose and a half dose pre-workout. I can't help but wonder if this is the normal side effect I have read about or something else.

I am also starting to experience ear pain similar to ear infections,
