Started my cycle of AX SD today (expired 12/08, but should still be good).

Have pre loaded RYR/CoQ/Hawthorn/Cycle Supp/Ect for two weeks prior now.
Started off with 10mg today in the gym and only felt a small burst of energy half way through my workout (probably calories/cup of coffee or something else kicking in).
Increased my calories a bit today and will ramp them up more when I begin feeling the SD.

Hit the chest today with Bench press/Incline/Free weight Bench and Incline and Hammer Strength Decline.

Starting weight was 168-170.
Trying to get to 185 after PCT.

Wish me luck.
And YES, I have SERM/PCT.

Any advise/help is welcomed.

Hit biceps today and chest feels sore from yesterday.

Bumped up my calories slightly and weighted in at 169 today.

Preachers, hammer curl, hammer strength preachers, concentration curls and standing curls were done today.

Jesus Christ, you do 6 different exercises​ for biceps!

Cant tell you how much I love AX SD. First ph I ever tried. Got an opp to run the unicorn again a few years ago and it didnt disappoint. Stuff is wicked strong.

Day three: Legs
Weight: 171
Exercises: Leg press, calf raises, leg extensions, hamstring curls and hammer strength v squat.

Felt great in the gym today like nothing could stop me...except my job that I had to go to for a 12 hour shift.
Biceps and Chest both felt tight, but not sore.

Day Four: Shoulders
Weight 171-172
Exercises: Military Press, Hammer Strength Military Press, Side Lateral Raises, Front Lateral Raises and reverse fly's.

Felt very tired at the gym today and had to report in for another twelve hour shift, but still got all the workouts in with enough intensity.
Legs are very very sore.

Day Five: Back
Weight: 172-173
Lat Pulldowns, MTS Rows, Pullovers and forearm curls. Had to skip dead lifts because my legs are still very sore.
Shoulders did not feel sore and just a slight tightness to them.

Perhaps the recovery is increasing...

Gym workout felt like it went by quickly despite the amount of sets that were done.

My arms are the smallest part of my body so I have been trying to train them more.
I did five bicep exercises, yes.

Looking forward to my results as well.
I took a few before pictures so I can compare once my run in complete.

Day Six: Chest
Weight: 174
Exercises: Bench, Incline, Hammer Strength Bench and DB Bench press.

Did not feel sluggish or tired at the gym today. Felt good.
Whole body feels slightly sore and have a dry mouth randomly throughout the day.

Have been trying to eat as much as possible.
Looking forward to week two.

Day Seven: Off/Abs
Weight: 174
Exercises: Crunches

Feel like the SD recovery is starting to kick in because my chest is not sore from yesterday, but feels very pumped up.

Weight: 175-176
Exercise: Same

Feel a slight possible start to a shutdown today, but everything else is going great.
Very happy that the fatigue is gone during the workout.
