Whats going on guys, been poking around trying to figure a way to get my E up into a "healthy range" I had a blood test done on March 29th

My results were quite interesting I should say, or very alarming.

My T was @ 471 ng/dl (felt ok about this as I was not working out during the week or weeks up to my blood draw)
My E was @ 8.1 pg/dl (yes scary as hell)
PSA was @ 1.3 ng/dl

I was pretty alarmed with the results mainly concerned with my E. I have been trying to figure out what was exactly wrong with me for a period of time and finally forced myself to get my blood work done. After the test I was quite concerned as during this time I was feeling differently, which helped push me to see what exactly was wrong with me (as I have not had a blood test) when I was taking anabolic's in my early-mid twenties.

Back to the topic:

I was very frantic as to why my E level was so low and I posted the results on here and everyone commenting was telling me my E looked extremely low. So thanks to a member on here I paid for a test that was done on 4/26 (almost a month to the day) this time I had been working out and was much more confident in myself (hoping actually) my #'s would be higher.

I was right they were here are the #'s below:

T = 675 ng/dl
E = 16.1 pg/dl
BUN = 24
Glucose, serum = 83
Creatine, serum = 1.38
FSH = 7.1 (range: 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL)
LH = 3.9 (1.7-8.6 mIU/mL)

So there they are, now what I am getting at and posting in this section for is that I am 26 years old, currently in school do not have health insurance, did not get my blood work done when I was taking these substances, and now I am strapped trying to figure out an alternative to going to a Physician and paying out the a$$ for him/her to diagnose me, only to refer me to a TRT specialist or what not. I am trying to put a band-aid on a big problem and I only need the band-aid to last a year/yr and 1/2 until I graduate and get a job with health care so I can get myself on the right track.

Does ANYONE on here know of a way for me to raise my E levels (i'm not really concerned with my FSH I do know it is a bit on the high side right now) I am planning on getting more blood work done in the coming weeks (late May/early June) so if anyone can help me out and give me insight into what I can get OTC or what not it would be very much appreciated.

P.S this forum has showed me nothing but love, I don't mind anyone giving it to me, I made mistakes in my past & there is nothing I can do about what I have done, whats done is done and I can only move forward. I will list my cycles below this to give some history to my name... (not good history might I add)

CYCLE # (1/4) NOTE: ALL cycles were taken orally & took PCT for the amount of time I was on cycle

AGE: 20
Anabolic: Mass Tabs AKA M-drol (orally)
ON CYCLE SUPPLEMENTS:
-Milk Thistle
-Caber
-thymine
-Fish Oil
-Multi-Vitamin
-BCAA's

PCT: Tamoxifen

CYCLE: (2&3/4)

AGE: 21
Anabolic: TREN + EPI (ran full cycle of tren and did about a week of EPI) MADE BY (Iron Labs)
ON CYCLE SUPPLEMENTS:
-Milk Thistle
-Cycle Support (competitive edge labs)
-Fish Oil
-Multi-Vitamin
-BCAA's

PCT: Tamoxifen

AGE: 22
Anabolic: Superdrol
ON CYCLY SUPPORT:
-Cycle assist
-Milk Thistle
-Fish Oil
-Multi-Vitamin
-BCAA's

PCT: Tamoxifen
--------------------------------------------------------------------END---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NOW after my VERY first cycle, I did M-Drol it shut me down & when I say it shut me down I was having a hard time getting back to my normal self.

All I am asking for is something that can boost my E, I understand my FSH is high but thats not really my main concern. Im starting to look a bit frail. The more I work out however the better I feel, which is why I am going to continue to work out (well for the rest of my life) but specifically now as my hormonal levels seem to be more influenced when I work out. I hope we can find a solution for me as I was told to post in here as I posted another thread recently.

Take care
J

Honestly aclomid would probably be your best bet low dose over a period of time , increase test = increase in estrogen conversion . Maybe 25mgs a day for the course of 6 weeks or longer . Look into clomid therapy , by all means none of us are doctors but hopefully this will set you in the right direction.

agreed with this. if you cant get clomid, something like cel m-test can possiby give you a mild test boost as well. Frankly, you need to get the test up in order to get the e up. For me, clomid is great for that as I actually have to control e when I use it.

Why's low E bad?
poor libido, non-optimal muscle building, sleep issues, mood, etc.

any hormonal imbalance is an issue. Too high or low of anything isn't good as there are a whole host of normal functions that each hormone plays relative to sleep, hunger, mood, motivation, and basically every other bodily function. That's the entire reason your body strives for homeostasis as balance is the key to "normal" bodily functions

I run low E, anywhere from 8-15 on bloods. T usually 600's. Who knows how long it's been low like that, far as I can tell my whole life?

My libido runs too high imo, I'm extremely hairy compared to most even if I have some MPB... Skin is extremely thin, higher than average power to weight, zero fat in my ass all goes to mid-section... Those are the noticeable things at least.

So quick ? When my E increases my bones are turning quite brittle looking... which most likely means I have Low E. I have been eating quite a bit of saturated fats such as nuts etc... I've been gaining weight but I can tell still it's a roller coaster. I'll get my blood done around May 22nd
