Hey fam, about to start my first cycle ever. Going to be running 1, 4 andro at 300/300/300/300/400/400 each for 6 weeks and might even venture into 7 or 8 weeks max seeing how it goes.I'll be dosing three times a day each of 100mg doses, 100mg in the morning, pre workout, and then last dose around 4 5pm. I'll be using Iron Mag Labs 1,4 andro for the first half of the cycle and then primeval labs for the second half just for cost efficiency. I wont be starting cycle support (Mega cycle support by Primeval Labs) untill two weeks in which I know is bad, but not much I can do cause I'm a little tight on budget right now so hopefully the non methylated aspect of 1 4 andro will be kind to my liver. I'll be using Nolva as PCT for four weeks at 20/20/10/10 and I have Alpha forma v as my AI just in case for any estro side effects.
I'm currently 5'10 height and I weigh 163 lbs in the morning. I'll be aiming for at least 3000-3500 calories everyday with at least 1g of protein per lb and 1-2 gallons of water a day.
My current starting stats:
Age: 22
Weight: 163 in the morning
BF: 16? Got a gut but no fat anywhere else
Squat:225 3x5
Bench:185 3x5
Deadlift: 315 3x5
I'm very excited to start my cycle and see what kind of gains I make because i'm an ectomorph and I gain muscle really fast but lose it really quick which is a blessing and a curse. Same goes with the strength as well. Just got to make sure I do my PCT properly and eat and lift properly to keep as much as I can. Also took 50mg DHEA for about 3 weeks and I broke all of my PR's on just that and had plenty of benefits alongside with some estro side effects so I have high hopes that this cycle will treat me well if regular DHEA helped me that much alone.
