At risk for Gyno if active/pubertal gyno?

Since 7th grade I've had tender nipples and a mass that has just gotten bigger pretty evenly behind both nipples causing them to sag. It has not gone away like the doctor suggested, but also does not look to bad because of the size of my chest. When the nipples are hard you can't even tell at all. I am curious as to whether I will probably see a flare up running Msten and Ar1macare pro WITHOUT any pharm grade AI. I'm going to order Aromasin and use Nolva(have on hand) dosed at 10mg if I happen to get a flare up before it arrives, but I'd really like to not have to use anything on cycle other than the Ar1macare. What are your opinions? I might as well run my cycles and risk the gyno worsening BEFORE I go have it evaluated for surgery, but it has been here and tended to the touch for 6-7 years. Opinions? I will try Ralista also at some point before surgery.
