I will start endurance training and my goal is to run at least 10 miles continuously. I had used EQ to bulk at 800mgs a week for 16 weeks with great success. I also used test e at 500mg a week during that time as well.
Now that my fitness goals has changed to running, how much EQ and test can I take? And for how long? FYI, I am on TRT for life. Any help and suggestions is appreciated.
