Osterine and Dermacrine cycle

Let me introduce myself I'm 42yrs young 5'10" currently 204lbs, I have been training for around 10 years but 3 years ago I had a life altering situation which resulted in a laparotomy operation and 102 staples as a result

I am currently cutting down and was at 237lbs 8 months ago, I was employing a Upper / Lower / Cardio split over 6 days with cardio coming from biking / punchbag however my weight loss and strength has plateaued so now going with 4 day Split:

Chest & Tri
Back & Bi
Shoulders
Legs

I have thrown in a lot of supersets / drops in each day to make the most of the cycle

I am wanting to continue cutting down to around 190lbs then recomping to around 195lbs

Diet at the moment is 2200cals
Pro 200g
Carb 200g (50g AM,50g Pre, 50g Post, 50g 2nd Meal PWO)
Fat 66g

Unlike many of you I work out at home with a power-rack and dont currently have a training partner so I use more focus on weight under tnetions rather than just throwing weights around

after another thread I am going with:

Decmarine - 8wks @ 3/3/4/4/4/4/4/4
Osterine - 8wks @ 15/15/15/15/20/20/20/20
Ar1macare - Cyc Ass - 8wks

PCT
Sustain alpha - 4wks
SuperPCT - 4wks
Nolva - 4wks @ 20/20/10/10

also have EXEMESTANE / aromasin on hand if required

I will update once per week with pics once I get my bloody phone working again

heres to a new me !!!!

Time under tension is better than throwing weights around any day, better results with less chance if injury. Cycle plan looks solid! Good luck.

started the cycle on Monday

Chest:
FLAT BENCH DUMBBELL PRESS - 8,12,15,15,12,8
Superset - Flat Bench & DB Pullovers - 4x8
Mech Drops - Inc Bench press - 8 Narrow & 5 Reg grips - 4 Sets
Triple - Low Cable Fly, 30Deg fly, Inc DB press

Tris:
Superset - Rope Push Down, DB Extension - 4x10
Bench Dips - 4xFailure
Super Drops - Reg Tri Pushdowns & Reverse grip pushdowns - 4 Failure

first day of this nearly killed me was sweating like hell and muscles were screaming to stop

first time I used Dermacrine it was strange, its got a alcohol based smell which goes away pretty quickly but you look daft plastering this on

all I can say is ouchhhhhhh!!!
I don't know which muscles hurt more this morning after the first 2 days but its going to be a fun run
hopefully once the Osterine & Decrm kick in these should be much more fun

Glad to see you got Exemestane on hand. A couple of years ago I tried Ostarine at 15,20,20,25,25,25. Right in the middle of week 6 my (raging) libido tanked, and nipples hurt like hell! Also, it seemed to make me very carb-sensitive. Cheers bro, your plan looks excellent

Superset - Squats, Single leg Calf Raises(on box) - 5x10
Triple set from hell - Walking lunge, weighted step ups, Standing calf raise on box - 4x12
Romanian DL - 4x12
Superset - Hypers, Goblet squat(no lockout) - 4x12
Finisher - Leg Ext, Leg Curl - 4x6+6

I was gasping and yawning the whole workout as not enough oxygen throughout
man this was a bloody hard workout !!
Woke up this morning with spots on my upper chest and back so I assume the Dermacrine is working then or my detergent is crap
no libido increase yet and bloody tired after the workout so pasta time and feet up and watch the golf

simple cycle ...something that i like to run as well .. i like osta dosages, good to see someone not over dosing.

Have you used dermacrine before ?

Keep an eye on those spots man, hate to say if it gets worse .. i would stop and use non TD stuff.

I had horrible reaction with their Lax TD product .. BPS did made it up and spots went away after i discontinued for a week.

I normally get spots from natural boosters as well so not that worried at the moment and no this is first foray into the dark arts so will monitor it over the coming days / weeks
how long normally does Dermacrine take to kick in fully any ideas, I know Osterine takes between 3-4 weeks that why people front load with RAD140 but didnt want to overload on first run

hard to say bc only time ive ran it was on a cycle .. i would guess anywhere from 3-10 days.

Or even earlier since dhea td absorption is pretty high

Day 6 and weighed myself this morning and only lost 1/2 pound but I think I look slightly better, libido still not higher than normal but my energy levels seem to have rebounded a bit hopefully next couple of days will start to see more energy and aggression levels

Day 7 - Rest Day
Day 8 - Chest & Tri's
Have switched to 4 pumps as still not feeling anything yet however my chest & triceps were pumped up like balloons when I trained
not feeling as tired as normal so at least thats all good
one thing if anyone knows I felt a sharp shock pain in my left tricep like a throbing when I did bench dips I am not sure it was down to my arms were majorly pumped up but will keep an eye on that

Day 9 - Back & Biceps
still nothing on aggression or libido but I dont feel that tired on low carbs now which is something
hopefully strength and good feelings will be coming soon
stamina wise i managed 75mins today and wasnt completely exhausted which was good

a good workout and arms still looked quite pumped up from Monday / Tuesday and felt stronger so finally might be kicking in
not the On feeling that I thought might happen yet but still plenty of time

Day 11 - Legs
ouch another brutal workout and had to stop once before I was sick, man its hard whilst running on low carbs but worth it
I can definitely see improvements in my stomach area as my trousers are slack now
no libido yet but changed locations on the Dermacrine to see if that helps

Day 15 - chest & Tris
training went really well and have to say feeling slightly alpha now with libido feeling much better as well
trained harder than normal with extra reps so going well

Day 16 and tried to do back & Bi's but had a really bad headache that wouldn't subside so only did half of back, going to do Biceps tonight
had my first cheat meal half a London Pizza which was nice and hit the spot going to try and only have them every 2 weeks
also going to change to 5 day split from next week as struggling with energy getting through the workouts so this may change things for the better

This is a nice little log going! Im in, consider adding Reduce XT to your PCT to control cortisol you won't regret it

Day 17 - Biceps
trained quite well arms were well pumped up and the lovely to look at bicep vains are now making an appearance so all good

another good workout however more spots especially on my legs so it must be working now and feel better now I have added 30g of carbs into my diet which has alleviated the hunger pangs, hopefully will go another week or so without a cheat meal

bit of a delay updating due to commitments but training going well onto day 22 now and feeling stronger than ever but struggling to lose weight now
stagnated for the last 2 weeks but I look better in the mirror so it looks like I am recomping rather than losing scale weight
enjoying the stack but still don't feel the alpha that people have stated but don't feel shutdown at all so at least the dermacrine is working on that point

Again sorry must do better with updates, now on Day 29 and feeling better with weights and stamina but not seeing massive changes in physique but have lost weight around my waist
going to up the cardio now so hopefully that will bring about some better changes

Day 30 and going as well as expected still feels funny rubbing the dermacrine gel on my chest and back as my missus just keeps shaking her head

well after over 4 weeks I thought I would give my thoughts so far:
I feel better more defined even though pictures don't do me justice yet, I am training 5 days in a row but not feeling tired at all
I am sleeping better now and I am always hungry which isn't helping this diet
I am looking forward to the next 4 weeks and the PCT which should help, I think I will go a more stronger approach next time with maybe LGD or 1-4 approach

right computer fixed so can now update, into the 6th week now and feeling better and training harder now
still not feeling to tired after workouts and seeing positive changes in my body now so I can see it working just not the full on effect I was hoping for but as this was my first taste I am fairly happy
looking forward to the rest of the cycle and PCT
Question time now after PCT should I wait 8 or 12 weeks before commencing with a second cycle?

leg day and finally today I managed to complete my first workout without wanting to be sick
it was a great feeling and long overdue so can finally feel proud

veins were out in force and arms felt like they would explode

chest tonight and felt much easier to complete the session, chest was pumped up like crazy
weights didnt feel as heavy and wasnt out of breath which is great
shame only 12 days left of this then PCT time

Gains so far have been strength and stamina and fat loss as not going for muscle gains just trying to reduce body fat levels and look and feel better
I am sticking with 8 weeks as this is my first cycle so want to stick with as safe approach as possible
will be posting pics after PCT to show progress

well into the last couple of days and been away with work so haven't been able to complete log on computer but been training each night
going to start a very lean bulk over the next 9 months after this cycle has finished as feel ready to do this to build up some quality muscle now and torch the last of my fat

apologies once again but work has been hectic, I have started PCT and to be honest feel better than on the cycle which is strange
weights are still going up which is good and sessions are not any tougher
feel good overall but will see in 4 weeks if I can keep this going

going smoothly so far but also taking a Preworkout in driven sports frenzy to see if that helps and so far all good

Thanks man. I havent felt any sort of crash being off both derm and osta for the last 2 days which is interesting. Only on week 4 as opposed to your 8 weeks though. Getting back on as soon as i get the chance (tomorrow).

Will be running sustain and torem for pct.

into 2nd week of PCT and still feeling good, the triple combination is obviously working well and have felt no comedowns at all
training is still flat out the only thing that I have noticed is my appetite has increased but I am not putting on any weight from the increased feeding so all good so far

Im genuinely surprised that its possible to PCT or take SERMs and feel good.

Guess Ill put that down to SA and it only being a SARM as opposed to a PH.

The quest for that perfect no crash cycle continues. Good luck!

Did a really good workout on chest last night and for the first time in ages feel sore this morning, its a strange feeling to be honest
still feeling good during my PCT and now planning on my next cycle after a 8 week break of course

well into 3rd week of PCT now and starting to feel tired the day after workouts and not as energetic as when on cycle, did a leg session last night and was very close to throwing up and legs are like lead this morning
only 10 days left of PCT and then 8 weeks off before next cycle
