Hey everyone , planing my 2nd cycle in summer , (i did test e for 10 weeks with solid gains year ago)-

Training so ****ing hard rn and Cutting with clen and ostarine(sarm) !

bf:14%
With the cycle I look for lean mass gains and a little definition.

12 weeks sust or test E idk 500mg
12 weeks eq 500mg
50mg daily for the last 6 weeks

pct: clomid+hcg.

i have a little questions with my diet.

Diet: how is better for my goals , Normocaloric or bulk(adding +500kcal to Normocaloric).?

And who macros% should i hit(protein,fats and ch)?

Suplements stack : Join support, whey , bcaas , multi , omega 3.

Definitely bulk.

I don't believe it's necessary to hit specific macro ratios. At your weight, 200g of protein a day is plenty. More is fine, but not necessary. Fill out the rest of your calories with healthy carbs and fats.
