I would see a doctor regarding this. They will tell you the best approach. Gyno is relatively common (in the realm of medical statistics) for natural males. But it could be an estrogen issue, or a progesterone issue, or just simple body composition unrelated to current hormonal levels, or something completely different.

I've run a cycle now would that effect the actions the Drs will take? I mean if they took bloods and could tell it was deca test dbol. And thanks a lot for the reply really appreciate it. I'm self conscious over them but at the same time I don't think they're that bad if they're cold they look perfect.

Puffy nips are a sign of gyno but getting your nips hard shouldn't get rid of your gyno. It's fatty tissue. Not sure how fatty tissue would disappear with hard nips.

Got to get changed in front of them. Military
Go see your doc, since it's free.

In the case that it turns out to be gyno, pursue getting free surgery due to uniform irritation.

Save yourself a couple grand once you EAS.

Surgery. My incompetent doctor probably left half the **** still in there and it still made an incredible difference. Night and day with my look and confidence. It was worth the 6k, and it will be worth it again someday when I inevitably get more cut out. I wasn't even comfortable with my shirt on, and now I can go swimming and anything.

Ralox is like $100 for 3 months. 3 months and it's gone for most people. 1 month so far for me and mine has gone down significantly, and I had some massive lumps.

Lol lemme know how it works when you come off it after 4 months. Of course it will bring it down. Ralox is a fantastic estrogen blocker at the chest. I used it all last cycle and I prefer it over Tamoxifen for that because it causes about 15% less igf1 reduction over tamox. And I see zero harm in trying that.

BUT, I had pubertal gyno that was always lousy and only got worse cycling, and estrogenic fatty tissue (pseudo-gyno) as well as actual glandular gyno tissue generally doesn't disappear permanently when it's been around for years - it just shrinks while you starve it of estrogen for the time being.

I don't think it'll come back as long as estrogen is in check. Mine only got bad with cycling so I know my estrogen levels are fine till I start messing around with hormones like crazy. I'll let you know what it's like coming off it but I haven't heard of rebound gyno as long as hormone levels are in check. Obviously excess estrogen would make it come back but it's worth a shot. I mean it's hella cheap compared to surgery and if it works then you save a ton of money.

I'll let you know if mine completely vanishes, I have a feeling based on progress so far this month that it will.

Just my .02 though.

Go pharma grade man don't risk it or you're going to be missibg out in lost time. Find a good source and get the legit pharma grade stuff. May cost more but it'll be worth it I promise. Also give it plenty of time and run an Anti estrogen along side it like aromasin. I found the best gains (losses really) once I started running an AI along side the Ralox. Felt like **** for a few days tho

I don't have a source like that and I have no idea how to find one in Canada so I'll have to risk it I guess haha but I can get some inno aromasin to run along side it

Running an ai while on a serm without running aromatizing androgens is a good way to crash your e2, and thus your lipids, energy and libido.

Well yeah that's why I felt like **** but it helped a lot. Rather feel like **** and have the Ralox work than feel fine and have it take a lot longer

I just saw a surgeon today as ive had the same **** all my life and he said its called seudogynoclamastia.. fat deposits around the areole. Mine is very mild but enough to annoy me. I just fornd some pills called gynexin supposedly it helps so im going to give it a crack. Worth a google and maybe even a few months of it to see if it helps. Otherwise its under the knife option bro

If it's just fat then either lose weight or get liposuction. I would opt to lose weight.

Not really sure how anything can just kill a gland once it has already been formed. Maybe it can... science is crazy sh!t.
Ralox is like nolva, except it has a much higher binding affinity to breast tissue. Aka it starves the tissue of estrogen better. I'd take t with an AI so your body doesn't try to make estrogen out of other various things. I think it makes the Ralox work better but I have no science to prove this.

If that line of reasoning were true - that doctors would be inclined to tell you to go pound sand because you "got what you deserved" by taking aromatizing steroids...it'd be the same as a cancer specialist telling a lung cancer patient to go jump off a cliff because he got what he deserved by smoking two packs of cigarettes daily for 30 years. See my point?

While some pompous doctors may disagree, their primary job is NOT to place judgment on people's lifestyle choices but rather to offer medical service or advice to get them to better health.

If you can get insurance to cover the surgery, best you do it and get all that crap removed so you don't have this issue ever again.

It doesn't kill the gland, I don't think. I think it just binds to the estrogen receptor and does not allow estrogen to bind to it because it is pre-occupied with activity from the Ralox. Over time, this causes atrophy of the breast tissue because unlike estrogen, Ralox does not tell the tissue to grow, at least in theory. I've not had any good form of luck with Ralox though. It tends to exacerbate my existing issues when I take it. What has always worked for me is to take an AI of any sort in a moderate to high dose, consistently and every day alongside reducing the dose of aromatizing steroids until the lump is small enough to my liking.

Something else to point out though - that there are a host of dietary supplements that can exacerbate these issues and ramp up estrogen receptor activity. Hops comes to mind...so yes, drinking that beer while on a cycle of aromatizing steroids is a mistake.

I didn't have luck with Ralox till I ran an AI with it, then it started to really work. The glad will def shrink, but the receptors are still there so it's easy for it to come back
