Hi Everyone,
I am built like an endurance runner. It is very hard for me to gain strength and muscle (but not fat).
When I have been prescribed oxandrolone, I gained about 15 pounds. I know that sounds ridiculous; but, my hunger went up like a horse. I was simply lifting, eating 5000+ calories a day, and sleeping well.
I'm thinking that it might help me to switch a medication that hasn't taken up my hunger, like straight testosterone. Is that what cyclists, etc. use to preserve muscle mass and work harder when training?
