Which template is this, BBB?
No it's something that I tweaked slightly. I'm using the advanced template for 5 and 3 weeks. Then using a joker set template for 1s week. The assistance is just the "bodybuilding" assistance template. 4 assistance exercise 4 sets each 12-15 rep each set.

Under normal circumstances I would I eat 200. On chems to enhance protein synthesis I am doubling it. I will keep it this through pct and gradually reduce cals and protein back to maintain levels by end of laxogenin.

Well technically if youre getting plenty of carbs, which you are, you dont need a crap ton of pro. Maybe drop pro a little and increase healthy fats (olive oil, avacado, etc).

Based on what Aragon/Schoenfeld etc recc, 1gm/lb should be plenty.

Look into the studies by Aragon etc. Theyre on natty guys so if you really wanna bump it more on PEDs go for it but 1-1.5gm pro per lb should be heaps if cho is sufficient too

yeah im sorry my dude there is just a huge waste of money there... and frankly you could have huge gainz while on cycle with as little as .8 g PER KILO ... srs.
anabolics are kinda like adding a turbo or super charger to your motor.. your going to get a power boost even if your still running on pump gas... its just that your motor is hungrier.. make sense?

Yeah. Just interesting cause of the reports I have read call for more while on.... Maybe they are trying to sell their powder?

I think it possibly appeals to our intuition that if we eat more protein then more pro synthesis and moar gainz, especially on-cycle...when in reality that is not quite true.

if youre trying to gain serious weight you will want to eat extra carbs.. but like I said the total intake of calories will be most important, just like the turbo charger analogy

these guys seem to support the common notion that its the total intake overall that needs to be addressed.

I'm actually itching to just start today... But I had adductor strain and it's getting much better, just want to give it the few more days... Last thing I want is to jump on this and then get re-injured.

If anything I would eat 400 grams of carbs on cycle. LGD will act as nutrient repartitioner.

had to cut workout completely at this point, as adductor came back into play. I'd been recovering from an adductor strain heading into this. Everything was feeling pretty good heading in. After 4 set it was totally cramping and wasn't painful but wasn't risking the whole cycle on a 5 set and some front squats lunges and SLDLs. Icing it now, will start NSAIDS tonight throughout off day tomorrow.

I think your plan is solid, but i would push the assistance stuff hard, sets to failure, up the weight while keeping form tight.

That many reps at such light weight won't stimulate too much imo, and w the gear you wanna eek out all gains you can.

Trust me, by the end of these, believe it or not, I'm completely toasted. 7 work sets of 5 really is a lot of work in a session. With the assistance if im feeling it I feel like that's all I need to worry about. I really wasn't taking it easy on the assistance each set my only goal was to keep the intensity at a level where I can barely complete the set. The big lifts I'll be attempting push PRs on 3rd, 6th, and 9th week

You think I'd be better cutting down reps to 3 sets of 8? I'm just following a Wendler template. I'm not married to it.

I would do a 5 x 5 bench press routine with 75% of 1rm. Do the same for squat. Do heavy bent over rows and heavy shoulder press's for 6 to 8 rep range.

I'm not gonna change the main part of the routine. I'm sticking with that as its a 531 variation which I like. Only thing I would consider messing with is assistance stuff. All though I will likely leave that alone too. I'm a big Jim Wendler fan.

5/3/1 is a good program. Jim Wendler has squatted 1000 lbs. Any of the programs he has in any of his books would be great for building strength.

Yep I love his stuff. Mentality on assistance work seems spot on too. I couldn't care less my weight on an assistance lift, as long as it serves the purpose and completely exhausts the muscle in a few different areas then the main lift.
I'm leaving this template compleat alone. We'll see how it ends up. I appreciate the conversation around it though.

Issues cropping up with libido, already.... Could it be Dermatrest isn't being dosed high enough? Should I and could I go to 100 mg a day or more?

You could, and it would ultimately increase your gains, but if you do, I would suggest starting the AI immediately. 12.5 mg E3D of Exemestane would be a good place to start.
