Insulin and Clenbuterol

I originally posted this in the IGF-1/GH/SLIN forum but since noone has replied there, I thought I might have better luck in here.

Okay, if I understand Clen correctly, it decreases insulin sensitivity. So then, does the body then create more insulin to compensate for this, or simply stay in a hyperglycemic state during the duration of Clen use?

I'm a type 1 diabetic [insulin-dependent] and I am cutting right now with Clenbuterol. As expected, my glucose levels are higher than normal on Clen and I'm trying to figure out if I should just let them be temporarily higher or take more insulin.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I'm not sure if your insensitivity is reduced with prolonged use of Clen or not. Unless you have symptoms, or it gets high enough to risk toxicity, I'd just let it alone and see what happens. If there is no improvement in a week or so, then I'd start to supplement insulin does.
