I know there's a lot of info on here regarding AI's so I apologize if this has already been covered. I am 40 years old, have hypothyroidism, and have been on TRT for a while now with mixed results. My libido hasn't been consistent or right for years and I'm trying to find the "connection. My estrogen has always mimicked the spikes in testosterone levels after my injections and I've always had a slightly puffier left nipple area with no other signs or symptoms of gyno. Anyway, I was prescribed Arimidex recently and within the first .5 mg dose my libido came back in full effect (like a teenager) but it only lasted 2 days. I've tried keeping my doses at .5mg twice per week and after six weeks my estradiol came back at 30 so I didn't crash my E level. Now I can get erect but I don't stay erect and my urge to have sex is still low. Any ideas why I had such a positive initial reaction and now nothing even though my E2 seems to be in check?
