    Best Clen/T3 Cycle???


    Can you guys give me some examples of the best ways that you ran your clen/t3 cycles?

    I have read a lot of places not to use clen for more than 2 weeks, use it 2 days on/2 days off. I have also read the 2 days on/2 days off with t3.

    My last clen/t3 cycle started me at 40mcg clen and 25mcg t3 everyday. I ramped up the clen 20mcg E3D and the t3 up 25mcg E4D. I did this until I was simultaneously taking 100mcg of each everyday.

    I just want to know for the next cycle I'm planning what you guys feel works best. I have keto, so I can run the clen for longer than 2 weeks if necessary. I am also on a good amount of test and tren, so muscle loss won't really be that much of an issue.

    Please give me some more ideas...doses, etc.

    Also, have any of you guys actually tried the Raver's Cytomel Cycle? I saw it posted here awhile back. Seems a little ridiculous to me, but does it work and is it "reasonably" safe?

    I copied this from another board, can't remember where, but I had it saved on my computer

    This is a 6 week cycle:

    Clen is taken 1 week on / one week off:

    As in my experience it is more effective this way:

    A mild anabolic of 50mg of Winstrol ED, Anavar at 40mg ED
    or Test Prop at 50mg ED or 100mg EOD is recommended to
    preserve muscle lose and fight of a catabolic state that T3 can
    cause. You could also use longer ester testosterone, but they
    will take much longer to kick in to be effective.

    Start T3 at 50mcg as any lower makes no sense since your body
    should be producing between 20mcg-25mcg daily naturally... Clen
    doses use as a guideline along with the T3 doses, everyone has
    different tolerances for both, but this is was very effective for me...

    You can use a simple ECA stack during your off weeks in the place
    of Clen if you want to help with the fat burning progress... Your diet
    should be fairly high in protein, moderate carbs with no sugars and
    moderate fat intake... You may also want to add a source of EFA's
    like a flax seen oil to your diet during this time... Also Clen is known
    to cause alot of muscle cramping... Also I start off week three at the
    same dose I finished with at the end of week one. Again all depends
    on your tolerance to the drug, you may want to start a little lower for
    a few days before going right back to your maximum dose.

    Drink more water along with taking extra minerals and potassium
    and 2-3 grams ED of the amino acid L-Taurine is recommended
    if cramping is really a problem... Also take your Clen and T3 in
    2 divided doses during the day... Also to give you an idea my daily
    calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal
    for this entire time...
    BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp as
    my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle... My results is I
    went from a chunky, but thick as a bull 240lbs to a fairly hard 212lbs
    or so in only 6 weeks... Again adjust the doses to fit your tolerance...
    At these doses you will be sweating and hot all day long... Plan on losing
    some muscle mass even with the anabolics...

    Formula for Cycling and Dosing T3
    One subject that keeps coming up that many people have difficulty is with properly dosing and tapering T3.

    Now while THERE IS NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER for the persistent rumor that improper t3 use will shut down your thyroid forever, it is also not something to take lightly and like all AAS, should be respected. Ive come up with a formula based on the research Ive done, and both theory as well as practical experience point that it should work well for your fat burning goals as well as give you a proper taper so that the thyroid is able to recover its normal function as quickly as possible. The key to this is having a long enough taper coming off of it. Since origionally designing this formula some will note that I have taken 5% off of the ramp period and placed it toward the back taper insted - this is because I have become convinced that in the presences of exogeneous supplementation, the thyroid shuts down fairly quickly and so the better to spend that time on the taper down.

    NOTE 1: If you have never used T3 before, it is suggested that you lessen your constant time and increase your ramp up period to determin your reaction to t3 before heavy use.

    NOTE 2: Synthroid (t4) may also be used to good effect with this formula but of course the maximums are diffferent -usually t4 convers to t3 at around a 4.5:1 ratio.

    CYCLEONS T3 CYCLE FORMULA

    Its pretty simple really – 5/40/55 is a time-based formula whereby X% of the time of the entire cycle should be spent in one of 3 periods – up/constant/down:

    RULE – 1
    5% of the time is spent ramping up to your maximum
    40% of the time is at your maximum
    55% of the time is spent ramping down to cessation (nothing)

    RULE – 2
    Each up/down period is further broken down into equal segments for each dosing level with the emphasis being the dosing level toward the end of the period.

    RULE – 3
    I dont ever recommend taking more than 125mcg per day and 100mcg will do for most. Above this amount is quite catabolic without hefty concurrent doses of AAS. There are those who advocate higher doses and it is feasible to do so but IMO the effectiveness gains above 100mcg are not worth it.

    That's a lot of good info, but I though Clen was best used 2 on/2 off-

    Is it different because the T3 is being used as well?

    what 12 days 18days 30days doses it mean ?

    5% of 60 days is 3 days so why there is 12 days ?

    actually its suppose to be 3 days, 24 days and 33 days

    5% of 60 days is 3 days so why there is 12 days ?
    i guess someone just messed up the numbers thats all

    And no Clen does indeed have to be cycled every 2 weeks unless your using ketofin with it. With this type of cycle you can go T3/clen for 2 weeks then switch the clen for an ECA stack for 2 weeks and change back and forth. If your doing a temp cycling method with T3 then you need to lay off the ECA because of possible inhibition of the thyroid according to some.

    I just start out with 80mcg of clen and 50mct T-3 Every 3 days I raise my Clen dosage 20mcg and my T-3 10mcg untill I get to 200mcg Clen, 100mcg T-3 (any higher and I start to experience negative sides) I take 200mg Benedril at night before bed to help me sleep and to upregulate my beta 2 receptors. Run untill desired results are nearly reached, and then I taper off in the same increments I ramped up.

    this is the only good post ive seen so far.....tweeter im assuming your using some kind of anabolic with this....this would be a great cut with a low dose of test....

    I love my enanthate... I almost never runa cycle without some kind of test in it...as a matter of fact, short of ps/ph cycles when i HAVE to keep it legal, I cant remember a single cycle that I didn't base around test. And I would never use T-3 without an AAS

    I personaly would never run t3 without test, you need a strong anabolic with it, and the androgenic properties of test make it great on a cut, i wouldnt use the clen aswell, your heart will be under a lot of strain, albuterol is much better, remember to taper off properly with the t3 to help natural thyroid function.

    Sorry i saw you have done a proper taper in you mentioned cycle.
    For females i wouldnt touch t3, or t4, clen and anavar would be the safest combo.

    FEMALE:
    Weight: 147
    Height: 5'3"
    BF %: 16%

    Dosage Plan: (I am on my 7th day, starting week 2)
    5 weeks on clen

    Week 1: 10,20,20,30,40,40,60
    Week 2: 60,70,70,80,80,90, 100?? I'm not sure what my tolerance will be by the 2nd week.
    Week 3: Start on benadryl and continue with 100mcgs for the entire week.
    Week 4: Come off benadryl and reasess my dosage tolerance- beta-receptors will be downgraded. May start with 60mcgs. Take clen for 7 days
    Week 5: Take clen for 7 days. Dosage unknown- it will be contingent on my tolerance level.

    Diet: Stay in 500-1000 calorie deficit from maintenance per day. Ratios P-C-F = 25%-50%-25%
    Reasoning for ratios: I noticed that I get leaner and less hungry on a lower fat/higher carb diet. I have way more energy, my muscles stay full and tight, I'm in a better mood, and even though my protein is lower I keep gaining strength and muscle. My max bench is the same amount as when I started dieting 4 weeks ago (165lb). My carbs sources ALL come from vegetables, including the starches. Once in awhile I will eat some Ezekiel bread or oatmeal because I loooove the taste!
    Carb sources: sweet potatoes, butternut squash, anything green, acorn squash, spaghetti squash(yummmmmy!), bananas, cantaloupe, blueberries,
    Protein sources: chicken, eggs, turkey, Greek yogurt (sometimes- if you don't know what it is I suggest you look into it because it has 23g of protein per 1 cup, 9g of carb, 0g of fat)
    Fat sources: egg yolks, walnut oil, almonds, (I can't keep peanut butter in the house, I will go into binge eating mode. I tell my roommate to hide his peanut butter when I cut. Lol)

    Cardio: 5 days- Alternate low impact and high impact cardio (running and road cycling). Cardio consists of 30-60 minutes of intense work. I keep the workouts different every time. I make sure my heart rate stays above 165 for most of the time. I want to improve my VO2 max and get faster. I'm going to be a Marine Corps Officer. I start school May 29th and I want to kick all the guys' butts .

    Weights: M-W-F upper body. T-Th lower body. I lift super heavy with shoulders, chest, and back 6-10 reps. I lift lighter for arms because I get a better pump. More blood fills my arms when I keep rep ranges 12-20. I lift with a very high volume when I train legs-very high weight and moderately high reps. I'm short, so if I train legs heavy with more than 1 minute rest in between, my legs blow up! I add in plyometrics on one of those leg days. It keeps my legs slightly larger, cut, and lean like a gymnast.

    That's my plan for the next 4 weeks. I'm done with week one. I have re-feed days 1-2 time per week. I just pay attention to my body. If I feel like I can't concentrate and my muscles are getting really really flat, I'll add in a re-feed. Re-feed days I just cut back on my fat and increase my carbs. I keep protein the same.

    The plan is definitely working so far. I can see my serratus and oblique muscles coming out and the veins in my abs are trying so hard to pop out! I can't wait to see what I look like in a week. I'll keep you guys posted if ya want. If anyone has suggestions, by all means, suggest away. I love learning new tricks of the trade.

    Yeah russian I would never touch T3. I don't have sources for var or i'd cycle it with my clen.

    calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal

    BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp as
    my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle... My results is I

    Formula for Cycling and Dosing T3
    One subject that keeps coming up that many people have difficulty is with properly dosing and tapering T3.

    Now while THERE IS NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER for the persistent rumor that improper t3 use will shut down your thyroid forever, it is also not something to take lightly and like all AAS, should be respected. Ive come up with a formula based on the research Ive done, and both theory as well as practical experience point that it should work well for your fat burning goals as well as give you a proper taper so that the thyroid is able to recover its normal function as quickly as possible. The key to this is having a long enough taper coming off of it. Since origionally designing this formula some will note that I have taken 5% off of the ramp period and placed it toward the back taper insted - this is because I have become convinced that in the presences of exogeneous supplementation, the thyroid shuts down fairly quickly and so the better to spend that time on the taper down.

    NOTE 1: If you have never used T3 before, it is suggested that you lessen your constant time and increase your ramp up period to determin your reaction to t3 before heavy use.

    NOTE 2: Synthroid (t4) may also be used to good effect with this formula but of course the maximums are diffferent -usually t4 convers to t3 at around a 4.5:1 ratio.

    CYCLEONS T3 CYCLE FORMULA

    Its pretty simple really €“ 5/40/55 is a time-based formula whereby X% of the time of the entire cycle should be spent in one of 3 periods €“ up/constant/down:

    RULE €“ 1
    5% of the time is spent ramping up to your maximum
    40% of the time is at your maximum
    55% of the time is spent ramping down to cessation (nothing)

    RULE €“ 2
    Each up/down period is further broken down into equal segments for each dosing level with the emphasis being the dosing level toward the end of the period.

    RULE €“ 3
    I dont ever recommend taking more than 125mcg per day and 100mcg will do for most. Above this amount is quite catabolic without hefty concurrent doses of AAS. There are those who advocate higher doses and it is feasible to do so but IMO the effectiveness gains above 100mcg are not worth it.

    I am sorry to bump a convo from 2005 but it was the first to pop on my browser. I didn't read the entire thread due to lack of time. I know I don't have rep power but I am no amateur I spend more time working out, eating right, and working than online. But I wanted to state that clen deregulates the androgen receptors and IMO and experience you need an aas that doesn't bind to the androgen receptor so Winni, Var, DBOL (I think doesn't bind to the receptor I can't remember at the current time being), basically most of the 17aa's would be a good choice or Ostarine is what I would like to experiment with. I ran 1200mgs of t 400 when it was real good in 03 with clen and tren and lost weight and bodyfat but thoroughly felt I wasted the test... Anyways if this helped anyone and anyone sees this and agrees please rep me up... 12 years experience lol

    You know what? I've been a clen user for well over 12 years and cytomel user for a few, and I was one to always follow the "rules" for cycling the compounds until my last run. I went against everything we think we know on how to cycle and just ran clen/cyt straight for 4 weeks at 100mcg/75mcg respectively, and had the best results from the stack, ever! Just a straight run, no cardio except a 15-20 mile bike ride once a week, and maintanence cals and I ended up lean and vascular. Veins poppin' from the hips and lats. I even had to go to a tanning booth just to get some color so I could see all the seperation in detail.

    Now since you're not new to these two compounds and if you really want to see results from this stack, I'd say give a straight run a shot. I just totally went against the grain because I wanted to see if 2on1off, ramping, keto/diphenhydramine, and whatnot really worked or not. Apparently for me, a straight 4-weeker works better than cycling the stuff. And yes, I used the same brand and same dosages from the same pharma grade batch (no research chem crap goes into this body).

    Now I'm just gonna sit back and wait for all the "experts" to chime in and tell me that what I'm doing is wrong and that my beta 2 receptors are overloaded and I need to cycle to keep them fresh blah blah blah

    hi everyone


    i m 29/M and overweight by 30Kg {66pounds}. my object is fatloss and body toneup.i cycle for 90 minutes {morning} and gym for 40-60 minutes {evening}. i sleep for minimum 8 hours. my breakfast, midday, evening and dinner [each] consist of 400ml skimmed milk with oats and cornflakes. once a day i eat cooked white and black grams with salad. and once a day pulses with rice.

    i am already taking lipo6black, whey protein 64grams. but now i want to shift to anabolics because i want to see some real improvement. i am new to clen/t3 and steroids in general. i have never tried them. i have already purchased clen and t3.

    1. how should i start?
    2. can i do without tren/winstrol etc?
    3. is it ok to use lipo6black with them? or should i leave lipo6? if i must leave, then after how much days can i start with clen/t3?
    4. any other important advice?

    Your diet is terrible, fix that first before supplements. Also at 60+ lbs overweight supps aren't that useful. They get rid of the stubborn last few lbs, not the 50 in betwen

    Oh fcuk, you seriously need to read anabolics 10th edition, and cut your calories to about 1500 e/d, then when you have dripped those 66lbs, look at aas and clen

    well for one whats your calories at? Also you see to be on the high side of carbs. What are your macros set at? As for weight loss you want fat loss correct? make sure everything is in order or you will suffer muscle loss. and no one likes a skinny fat. I would say get your diet right before you turn to this stuff

    i am on the WHOLE other side of the fence... fat is fat... dont matter if you are 25% fat or 5 % fat... Just like Muscle is muscle.... take a lard ass and put him on a test and dbol and have him lift heavy iron...the pudgy man will grow big muscles under his pudge...

    CLEN and T3 will burn the fat as long as every thing else is on point. I dont agree at all that you SHOULDNT take supps to speed the fat off just because your fat level is high. thats silly to me.... CLEN/t3 is a shortcut... take advantage.

    That never computed to me... its your money..the **** works..go for it. Your way without supps have u at 25% bodyfat.. but taking supps and going hardcore at 25% is wrong? huh

    Now if you wanna sit on the couch eating bon bons all day and be a lazy azz then expect supps to do the work for u... then u are wasting your money.

    Your diet is bad cause your not eating frequently enough. You eating 6-8 small meals a day will speed your met up. Your diet should be higher in protiens and fats. Carbs are good but mainly before workouts for energy and I personally cut out most of my carbs after my post workout meal.

    You can do a t3/clen cycle without taking tren or win but when your met speeds up your going to lose muscle mass too(which is undesired for most people). This is why I am doing my clen/t3 at the end of my enanthate, winny oral and anavar cycle.

    When your doing your cardio are you doing intervals? I'll do a 20 min run where for 4 mins I am doing a good paced job and 1 min full out sprint.

    Iam on this forum to learn some more about t3. Clen I know the longest you can take it is 28 days in a row. I know friends who have done 2 weeks on 2 weeks off... one week on one week off and also a three day cycle two days on one off with afederin on the off day. Afederin is not a bad idea for off weeks and is very cheap at suppliment stores.
