Hey all...
Ok, I've been outta the gym for nearly a year... .
currently 42 yo, 6'1 250, a 14 months ago I was prepping for a masters men's physique been lifting since roman times, not a dunce but know enough to know how much I don't know. 14 months ago I was sitting at about 209
2 weeks ago I started with the idea i'd slowly get to 215-220ish by summer, plenty of time, then maybe get a coach again (money is tight)
So I'm going to probably go back at it alone without medical advice but I have years of alternative sup experience.
I've been at it two weeks meals have been the same every day 3/4 cup oatmeal little fruit scoop protein, 3 x 6oz chix, 4oz broc, 2oz brwon rice, at night I have a egg / chicken pepper scramble.
In two weeks I've not lost any weight but 2" off tummy, 1.5" off hips 1.5" off quads, gained .5" on biceps. all natty so far.
I just found out I have a big thing to go to in 4 weeks YESTERDAY DANG, ... so.... I'm thinking of adding some asthma and thyroid stuff for 1-2 weeks, a sprinkling of some yellow stuff (yes I have used it in the past, if your not up on it don't comment) and maybe throw in some other things
Was gonna probably grab one of the online 4 week workouts or more likely just come up with my own cuz I don't think those are geared for guys using "alternative stuff" let alone cuttingish type stuff.
Would love any feedback... .
And part of me says forget those guys why do I care,... but... they all saw my pics last year...and I haven't seen them in 15 years... so... yes, I'm being vain.
