Hello
I am a 34 y.o. male and have been monitoring my hormones for the last 3 years - when I first realized that my libido, mood and energy levels might be somewhat depressed due to sub-optimal T levels.
My results were 500 total T and 8 pg/ml FT. Started experimenting with supplements and discovered what I believe works best for me - a combination of Eurycoma (last time it was Now TestoJack300), Tribulis and some Arimidex.
With that I managed to reach 800 total and 22 pg/ml free T last year.
The problem however is that, as far as I understand, one can only take these supplements over a 4-5 cycle. After that I normally took a 2-3 month break.
By the end of the last of such breaks (now) I experience serious issues with my libido, mood and energy.
What should I do? Am i doomed to live in these cycles? Should I somewhat cut the breaks or it is dangerous?
Just got my results - 550 total T, still waiting for free T numbers
Would appreciate advice
Thanks!
