Cla and l carnitine?

Will CLA and L-Carnitine work during an 8 week PH recomp cycle?? Is it work the $30 extra?

They would work as well as they ever would, simply meaning the cycle won't effect it and vice versa.

I don't personally feel CLA is worth the money to supplement with. Data is usually unimpressive and for every positive study there's one with no effect.

L-Carn has its uses, but there is usually a better option to use in its place TBH

Recomp is really going to come from the PH and your diet/training

If you want an edge on top I might opt for something like TMG (Betaine Anhydrous) to pair with the creatine

I'm assuming you want a solo ingredient to try out here

Diet and training are on track. I mostly just wanna shred fat and drop a few numbers in %. Im currently at around 16% body fat

Youre gonna run 1andro and epiandro right? If your diet is as good as you say, the cla and l carn wont add diddly for body comp beyond what the andros will.

EC is riskier on cycle... Not something I'd blindly suggest

No legal fat burner will touch the recomp this should give you

If you already have these feel free to use them, but I wouldn't purchasing bother if not.

Use the $ to get more supports? Or something for use in PCT?

Id be inclined to keep it simple man. You could start throwing stuff like EC into the mix, or 11kt is another (suppressive) option...but the two andros should be ample to see you right.
