  1. I just got the results of the ultrasensitive estradiol test...

    ESTRADIOL, ULTRASENSITIVE, LC MS/MS 131 pg/mL < OR = 29 pg/mL

    Not as bad as 200+.

    It also seems that I'm in hyperthyroid territory again because we tried lowering my daily dose of methimazole. Twice a day is not enough, but three times a day had my slightly hypo. So I'm going to alternate twice and thrice a day.

    I'm surprised I haven't been losing strength and muscle because of the hyper condition. Either the process was about to start or all the test and other stuff was preventing it from happening.

    The Prami arrived yesterday. I took 0.25 mg last night and tonight.


  2. Don't go nuts with the AI as dropping the HCG should help a ton with lowering estrogen. Also, Tren suppresses thyroid function some so it makes perfect sense you'd have to up that some. Nothing seems out of line based on what you're using, and you have the solutions (bump the AI and thyroid a bit, drop HCG, add Prami) so no worries. Only thing that really sucks is such an epicly bad good cholesterol level, but idk how you can get around that doing what you're doing.

    I am hyperthyroid so suppression would be welcome. I just need to up the dosage of methimazole again. Eventually I will have to have my thyroid killed and then get on HYPOthyroid meds for life. Methimazole is not supposed to be used long term.

    What I wonder is how much my hyperthyroid has been inhibiting my progress. When my hyperthyroid first manifested earlier this year, I lost 40 lbs in under two months, and I was trembly and so out of breath that walking a few blocks at a time took supreme effort.

    Prami: started 0.25 mg first two days, now I'm doing it twice per day, several hours apart. Feeling a bit hornier and have been enjoying porn and naughty texting with some friends. Could be placebo this early on, but I'll take it.

  6. I'm on week 3 of ethanate and it is starting to work.
    Sex drive. Strength and mood are all rising.
    But I sub q 1/4 ml everyday for the last 10 days in hopes to speed up the effects.
    I think it worked.
    I did not want to wait for week 5.
    I just broke my own dead pr.

  7. I ran test high for a while with Mast, then I added a short hCG blast to get my balls back.

    I recently cut back to a very low TRT dose of 20 mg ED of test e and no hCG.

    I got my test that high and really wasn't very much stronger than I was on just LGD or RAD.

    I'm going to finish my bottle of tren e, but I don't think it's going to get me to a 500 lb Olympic back squat and 600 lb conventional deaflift like I had hoped.

  8. Do it low bar? Been training exclusively beltless hi bar last 4 months at least and squat 425 after 3 months and missed 445. Yesterday I just came in with no peak and put my old competition Titan knee sleeves and belt on, took it low bar, and smoked 465 easier than 425 a month ago. I absolutely could have take 485 yesterday but didn't want the impact to recovery (I got the knowledge I came for and it wouldn't be a PR anyway).

    Position and equipment make a big difference! Provided you have some decent hamstring and erectors on you. I know you have ab and quad and glute if you've been Oly squatting.

    I switched from low bar years ago after getting up to 418 lbs in raw w/ sleeves competition and 405 x 3 x 3 in training @ 179 lbs.

    I've been a big advocate of high bar since, and I feel much stronger now that I can squat 405+ high bar without a belt @ 195-198. Back when I was low bar squatting 405+ with a belt, I didn't have a prayer of squatting that weight in the high bar position. My best high bar back then was a measly 335 and I had to work really, really hard to get it up to 365 totally raw and 385 with heavy wraps (no belt).

    Like most people, I find that the real driver of lower body strength is the high bar squat. I can funnel that into higher low bar numbers, but it comes at the cost of losing high bar proficiency. So like an Olympic-style weightlifter, I focus on the high bar squat.

    I may take your suggestion, however. I'm curious to see what I could do with a low bar squat these days. Plus, if I really plan to do a meet again, the low bar will let me lift more and it will also translate into a much bigger sumo pull.

  11. That's what I'm saying - if your beltless hi bar has gotten stronger, you will be able to lift even more with a low position and belt.

    I don't know that hi bar builds sumo better than low (low is more hip dominant after all) but if your legs and core are stronger your pull will have risen regardless most certainly!

    As for test levels and strength...strength takes time. Drugs can only do so much, but remember that to lift more than ever done you must do more work than ever before. So if you squat 405 for 3x3 to max at 418 for example, you must get to where you could do greater than that. Volume or intensity in a training session (given a fixed weekly training frequency) must be increased. So you need to be able to do more sets or reps w 405, or use a greater weight for 3x3 at that same frequency. This is fundamental, but easy to forget: you must always do more work somehow over time. The drugs only help facilitate that.

  12. I quickly upped the Prami to 0.5 mg and still had no signs of nausea. So in the interest of making sure my stuff was legit, I doubled my dose to a full mg last night.

    It's real. I got some tingling and queasiness like I was about to vomit. I managed to keep it together, but I felt like crap for a couple of hours.

    Widish stance low bar is the best builder of sumo deadlift IME. I train high bar and conventional, but if I wanted to get the highest possible total in comp, I'd switch to low bar six weeks out and that would also build my sumo way past my conventional. This adds up to over 100 additional points on my total.

    Having solo fun at night reminiscing about old girlfriends and hookups. But no desire for actual sex with wifey who is asleep next to me. No desire for porn either.

    E2 is high at around 140, but test to e2 ratio is still high at almost 20 and a test reading at 2700+.

    The problem has to be the prolactin which was at 26. It needs to get under 10. Tge prami is now at 0.6mg. Going up to 0.7 tonight.

  17. My experience with prolactin is any time I'm at 16 or up I'm not very useful.

    385 double on high bar, no belt, cheap, loose Red Devil wraps. That is a PR with so little assistance from the wraps. 5 lbs shy of double bodyweight ☺

    Heh. I couldn't get fat if I tried, but the tren is helping me replace what fat I do have with muscle. The scale isn't moving much, but I keep getting stronger. A couple days ago I got a tiny PR on the bench I got a couple triples with 285 and then followed that up with a double and a single. I've never held more than 285 in my hands in the bench. And it's week 5 so the tren ethanate is starting to kick in and I'm hoping to finally get 315 for reps soon.

  21. I can triple 280 on bench right now and have done 315 in the gym and 314 in comp very recently. If you're there, I would assume you've got to be knocking on a single at 315 now.

    For me it helps to feel weight before I ever attempt it. Slingshot, board press, heavy handoff/holds help build the lat strength and mental toughness to increase my 1RM - then it feels less intimidating when you actually go to press it raw basically.

    Agreed! I love the idea of gear providing a means of overlimit training. This is how I use wraps in the squat. I set new PRs with my heavier wraps then work backwards to the lighter wraps with less snd less tension. Within a few weeks I am using my big PR weight as a warmup set without any wraps at all.

    I won't be attempting 315 on bench, however, because I want to walk into home plate, so to speak. I want 315 to come as a linear progression work set. Once I get 305 for a few sets of three, the next session will have me taking 315 for a triple.

    I stick very strictly to triples on the bench, doubles on tbe squat, and infrequent singles on the deadlift. I accumulate volume with more sets in this range rather than ever lowering the weight for more reps in a set.

    But also I get way better progress from intensity. I have a historically hard time translating higher reps into a bigger max.

  25. Small PR. High bar, Olympic-style squat, no belt 405 for 2 sets of 2. I've done this before with my All Black wraps which give me 15-20 lbs. Tonight I used my beat up, old Red Devil style thin wraps at medium tightness, which give me 5-10 lbs.

    Just as significant is that this is a 20-lb improvement AND a doubling of work set volume over last session squat session six day ago when I got 385 x 2 with the same wraps.

    I weighed 198 even tonight. I stood 5'10" at the start of the session, but was 5'9 1/2" by the end.

    Mood us better, not nearly as stressed out and emotional. Libido not dead, but far from useful.

    Wind is gone. That warmup set of 16 with the bar had me huffing fo several minutes.
