Any ideas for joint support while on cycle? I am running 1 andro at 330 plus epi at 500. Thanks for the help.

Fish oil if you aren't already using it. If you have joint pain, make sure you aren't killing your estrogen.

This!
Fish Oil is a great help. Either through supplements or from food, oily fish is a great choice as it'll provide protein too.

Cissus is great for joint pain also, more as an anti inflammatory though, where as fish oil acts more like a lubricant. Bromelain is another good choice to help with joint inflammation.

Hyaluronic Acid is good as it helps hold water in the joints and stops them drying out.

Fish Oil has helped a lot while on cycle I also stack Join Help by Iforce Nutrition and Flexible by Formutech. A little pricey to stack both but my joints feel amazing. If your worried about price you can use Join RX by Hi-Tech still a great formula and a little on the cheaper side.

Have you been suffering symptoms? You may not need one.

Fish oil is always good on cycle for other reasons besides joint support. In that aspect tho there are better options...

Look into Sns cissus xt and/or joint support xt. Both are stellar and can be run solo or stacked, on or off cycle.

fish oil is always good but i'd recommend picking up some joint support xt by sns or achilles by antaeus labs.

My shoulders have taken a beating before cycle but part of me think after you read so much stuff on each compound it may be in my head. Being 41, having such a busy schedule and working out I also think the lethargy is kicking in already even after the first week lol. Will play it by ear and see. Thanks for the responses.

If the lethargy starts kicking you up your Epi dose. Or if that doesn't help, or you don't want too, then grab some DHEA. BPS Dermacrine or OL Sup3r-DHEA are two great options. They'll both help with lethargy, as well as with your joints too.
