Quick question guys....... While doing a two week cycle, is it better doing a 3 day full body workout each week for the two week cycle and continue during PCT cycle, or a 3 day split for a few weeks? I just can't seem to think I will gain much only training different muscle groups once a week. Hope this isn't a dumb question.... I'm 5'8 178lbs with 10%bf. Done two PH cycles in the past with decent results, also doing full body 3 days a week.
