Anyone have thoughts? I'm well aware of the addiction potential. Taking about 1/2g about twice per day. I'll cut it down by increments and then stop. Done that before the cycle with success. Seems to mitigate any anger or depression sides from my PH well, but like as it has depressant effects I'm wondering if it's actually getting in the way of the cycle itself?
