First cycle. Need help.

First time poster, long time lurker.

I've run sarm Ostarine in the past, but I want to try LGD stacked with Havoc. I had some nipple soreness coming off osta. I believe the change in hormones irritated some pubertal gyno.
My question:
Would I need a test base (like 1-AD) if using havoc?
Would it be best to run low dose ai during pct only since havoc has its only ai qualities?

I plan on dosing liquid LGD 5 5 10 10
Havoc 20 20 30 30
1ad?

Pct: nolva 20 20 10 10
Aromasin? 12.5 12.5 12.5eod 12.5 eod

I probably wouldn't use 1 andro as a test base because you would feel like crap, especially mixed with lgd.

If you want to stay hard, try something like epi-andro, if you don't mind the possibility of a little water weight, use something like 4-andro.

Also, I'd probably extend it a couple more weeks at least.

1 Andro is not a suitable test base. It will actually make lethargy and other things worse. In this instance Dermacrine or Sup3r -4 might be better options.
For AI only use if needed on cycle. Epistane is very dry so using an AI would kill your joints unless you're having problems controlling estrogen. Wait for the telltale signs. By all means use the Aromasin at the end of your PCT as you taper off your SERM. This will serve to lessen the chance of rebound for which Epistane is notorious for. 12.5 or 25 are both okay doses EOD. And yes, 6 weeks of Epistane would be better.

If you start to feel a little lethargic, try experimenting with the 4 andro dose a bit. Maybe bump it up to 3 if the 2 isn't cutting it for you. If 3 doesn't work, try 4. If 4 doesn't work, well, then you're probably just going to have to deal with it! Ha. Jk.
