Anyone know if T3 can be take occasionally, like a couple times a week before HIIT? Or does it require saturation? I've also heard that it can suppress your thyroid function for around 6 weeks after discontinuing usage. Would thyroid functioning be suppressed if it was dosed a couple times a week, provided that there would be a benefit in dosing it in such a way?

Bad idea, you want to take it consistently and need to taper up and taper down. Also it's a terrible idea to take unless you are also on AAS if you value retaining your lean mass.
