ph vs sarms(safety

Im a little confused.I have read that sarms have less sides and are safer than ph's.I have read that they are not because sarms have not been through clinical trials.What are your thoughts.

Some SARMs are widely used by people so the sides are pretty well documented. In general they are safer because they don't have to jump through hoops but I've noticed that there's a greater chance for bunk/fake SARMs then there is PHs which can be dangerous as well.
