No, no, and no. A quick layman explanation in case you want to know why:
The PH will cause greater Androgen Receptor binding due to it/they being an exogenous (outside) source. Your Hypothalamus will see all the binding going on, and NOT tell the Pituitary to send LH and FSH to make Testosterone/Sperm. No plant will do anything otherwise. The only reason hCG works, is because it is in the bloodstream and appears to be LH - nothing to do with the Hypothalamus.
They are also a waste in PCT (IMO) if using an RC/Rx SERM, because those will cause a top of range T level all on there own. They are not additive.
