With DMZ25 how long after taking a dose do you wait to take cycle guard. Also is leechek nutrition cycle guard 1 daily serving enough?

Cycle supps 1 to 3 hrs prior to doses .
I've run dmz up to 50 mgs a day with no issues. Usually 8 hrs apart . Great results
