Does anyone know what an ideal T-3 level would be for losing fat? I know normal range is between 100 and 200 but what is optimal? I'm 46, 187 lbs., 15.1% body fat and my T-3 is 119.

You can see benefit from as little as 40mcg and dose as high as 150+

Know that it will enhance effects of stimulants and some burner ingredients, so be very careful with them while using t3.

It's generally advised to not exceed 50mcg if you aren't offsetting muscle loss with AAS.

"Optimal" is within healthy ranges, but "enhanced optimal" is over 200 while on AAS
