So I'm 39 running this cycle to gain as much strength and muscle before I go into a cut during summer
I am eating as much as I can and keeping it as clean as possible
I tend to cheat a few meals a week

On Day 10
First 7 Days my dosage went as follows
1 Super 1 in am and pm
1 Tr3st in am and pm
1 pump super 11 mid afternoon
Exemestane 12.5 eod
Ar1macare pro 4 in am

I know I had a placebo effect going on the first week
I have been very excited and aggressive in the gym

Week 2 dosage is going as follows
1 Super 1 in am and pm
1 Tr3st in am, 1 mid afternoon, and pm
1 pump super 11 mid afternoon
Exemestane 12.5 eod
Ar1macare pro 4 in am and 2 mid afternoon

Week two has been goin great, I am crushing my workouts, and leaving the gym very pumped
I am up 3 lbs, 220, @ 16% body fat

So far this is the only negative side effect of this stack

In the gym I feel it. The aggression is there when things get sticky to pop.
I look and feel fuller in triceps, shoulders, chest and quads.
I notice people looking at me and watching me. Usually not typical.

I made myself go tonight. LATE, only a hour long including warm up.
Still got pumped. Arms still stinging from last night.

On a side note I hit a new sought after PR squatting last Saturday

I was a little timid and did not get all the way into the hole like I wanted, but bet your azz I'm in there tomorrow

Took 3 days off. Body was telling me to heal up.
Dosage has not changed.
I am developing more confidence. Workout output growing. Appearance is hardening, I feel like I have greater muscle fullness.

I am consuming a ton of food right now trying to bulk and do not want to get fat. Even with being careful and the super 11 I am gaining some undesired weight. But I have also gained lean mass. Weigh in coming soon along with bf update. Chest tonight.

222.6 bf by caliper 16-18%, up 5.6 pounds, I look bigger in arms, lats, shoulders, and hammy. Body fat back under control this week. I am retaining a wall of water lower ab.

I retain so much water that if I don't dose Letro accordingly my arms fall asleep in seconds if I raise them above my head lol .. Wake up with sleeping limbs everyday if I don't keep that letty up

What a squat day. Wanted to beat my chest. No spot, full control, and explosive.

Had to take a week off. I was feeling like I was going to push myself into sickness. I was overly tired and stressed. I did keep taking my doses and feel like I'm back to normal.

Restarted my workout routine with a bench day and my pump was awesome. No spot, got it done anyway.

I ended up at 222 from 217
I lost most of my chest fat and thigh fat. I still have a layer covering my lower abs.You can grip it with your finger tips but not a handful. I think it is mostly water from the bloating caused by the cycle. I also see bloating in my face.
According to my calipers I am at the 14.8-16.8% body fat.

What counts, the mirror.
I see growth in my lats, quads, delts, and muscle surrounding elbow.

Strength
I got my biggest gains in my legs. I have no spot and I was able to overload my lower body more than upper body.

Chest
My max bench PR did not change but my ability to rep did.
I went from 3-4 225 reps (1 sec pause bottom) to 9-12, 250 from 1 rep to 3-5

Triceps
Dips up from 8-10 to 15-20
Standing cable extension PR up to 80 for reps from 57 for reps

Shoulders
Low weights for reps entire cycle, no PRs were chased as far as max presses

Biceps
Low weights for reps entire cycle, no PRs were chased as far as max curls

Back
Low weights for reps entire cycle, no PRs were chased as far as max pulls

Squats
My goal for this cycle was to get 4 plates controlled below parallel
I am there for 2-3 reps and beginning to practice un racking 455
3 plate reps have gone from 1 to 8
Legs is where I seen the most growth and change

Cons
Usually I'm in the gym 6 days a week.
I got extremely burnt out halfway through this cycle, even having to take week 5 off.
Bounced back strong week 6.
Extreme amount of bloating and lost my appetite weeks 5-6.
I did get some acne but it was a pimple here and there. Nothing that need attention or treatment.

What I would have different:
Full dosage from the start of cycle I did 250 sup3r 11, 220 sup3r 1, 50 tr3st
I should have 500 sup3r 11, 330 sup3r 1, 100 tr3st and gone for 8 weeks instead of 6

What I need to figure out before next cycle:
How to fight and the cause of mid cycle lethargy and appetite suppression.
How to eliminate the severe bloating, which is where I felt the lethargy and appetite suppression may have come from.
