Ok my anabolic brothers,
If anyone can chime in on these blood test results that would be great.
My info:
Male
53yrs old
5'11"
215lbs
21% BF

Had blood work done before I starting taking my HGH on 2/1/16.

Testosterone, Total - 302
ALT - 26
AST - 27
Growth Hormone - .28ng/ml
Cholesterol - 97mg/dl
HDL Cholesterol - 37mg/dl
LDL Cholesterol - 46mg/dl

Started taking Generic HGH injections of 3.3IU ED starting on 2/9/16
Started taking Dymethazine 2x25mg per day on 4/24/16

Went back to take my blood test on 5/3/16.
At 8am injected 1 10IU vial of my HGH
Took my supplements at 9am

DIINDOLYLMETHANE
Dymethazine
Milk Thistle

They drew my blood at 10:45am and these are the results. Not sure what to make of these results.
Growth Hormone is High, IGF-1 is in the normal range, Testosterone is way down, Cholesterol is up.
Pretty sure the Dymethazine dropped my Test levels and raised my cholesterol.

Growth Hormone - 12.70ng/ml
IGF-1, (SOMATOMEDIN C) - 142 ng/mL
Testosterone, Total - 28ng/dl
Testosterone, Free - 9pg/ml
SEX HORMONE BINDING GLOB 9 nmol/L
Cholesterol - 132mg/dl
HDL Cholesterol - 22mg/dl
LDL Cholesterol - 93mg/dl
GLUCOSE - 69 mg/dL
ASPARTATE TRANSAMINASE (AST) 58 U/L
ALANINE TRANSFERASE (ALT) 39 U/L

Questions I have:
1) Should my IGF-1 be higher after taking HGH for 3 months,
2) Should the GH results be higher from taking 10IU.

Thanks for any input.

A 10iu bolus dose of GH should give you values of around 25 for generics, and 30+ for pharma grade. A value of 12 shows you have severely underdosed gh but not bunk entirely. I would notify your source. Tell them exactly how you did your blood work.

Yea, that's what I was thinking also. But, I don't think that they will admit that their stuff is underdosed. lol
So I contacted the supplier and this was his response,
"Your GH test is excellent and is tracking above the high peak value range, which is excellent. You originally had a test result of .28ng/ml on Feb.1.16 and now you are sitting at 12.70 ng/ml so this is exceptional and extremely good considering you have only been on for 3 months."

So, I guess I will have to find a different supplier :)

Thanks for the info.

I don't know too much about GH/IGF, but one of the guys on the PED Podcast had GH/IGF levels of 10/310 on MK-677 (he's in his 40's). Your GH is better, but IGF is lower.

What type generic was it. I agree with the other post that a good generic should have hit in the 20's and pharma high 20's into 30's

Yea, I have a ifbb friend that started taking that MK-677. He likes it, says it is working good for him. Do you know if it is good to take both MK-677 and rHGH?

jcam. I was testing a product called Juvetrope. I have been reading that I should have waited 3 1/2 hours before drawing blood. How much difference would 1 hour make on peak serum levels?
