Hi i am a new member to this site and would like everyones input on what i should do for my first cycle. I am looking to pack on some mass but i do not know which compound makes more sense to run as far as keepable gains and side effects. On a side note i am 18 years old and weigh 150 pounds. Ive been bodybuilding for 2 years now and its been very hard for me to put on any weight at all so this is why im considering PED's. And please dont go on this forum telling me not to take them or to just take steroids because ive seen this on every forum ive searched. Im looking for someones unbiased opinion and what compound would benefit me more.

You're 18 and weigh 150. How tall are you?
My suggestion: eat more.
You're not supposed to post about steroids here until you're 21 and that's for a good reason. Your body still needs to develop naturally and there are a lot of ways you can do that before taking steroids.
Is your diet and training regimen really on point, and still can't gain weight or put on muscle? I highly doubt it.

Just trying to save you from some problems my man, your endocrine system isn't fully developed from 21-25 so your playing with fire honestly. The only thing you should be concerned with is food your not taking in enough calories period unless you have some kind of clinical problem. There isnt going to be a single member on here that would recommend otherwise.

Just trying to save you from some problems my man, your endocrine system isn't fully developed from 21-25 so your playing with fire honestly. 21 is the lowest age i'd advocate anything.

YoungBodyBuil In my opinion even that is way too early, although if you can drink your liver away at 21, why not screw up your hormones I guess.
At 21 you should still be pumping out a lot of natural T. If you're not, then you need to figure out why before you start to mess with your hormones.

Yeah, i venture dyoung from 21 to 23 alas, however ive quit as of 2 months ago and just going to cycle natty t boosters and get tons of blood work over time.

I went from 120-170ish pretty easily by eating like a vacuum and lifting like a god damn man.

But on a serious note. You're too young. You're entering your hormonal prime. You'll do more harm than good and your first cycle is almost always your best. Save it until you're a bit older. At least 21.... I bet if you eat a lot a lot a lot and lift heavy by the time you're 21 you'll be MILES ahead of where you are now. Patience, grasshopper.

I didn't stop growing and filling out until I was like 19. I used creatine and protein powder at 17 and 18 and I blew up! I'm not telling you to get creatine and protein because I'm sure you already have tried those but you should really start eating more and just train your butt off and let your natural testosterone work for you...I'm no scientist or AAS specialist but you should listen to these guys on here and give your body some time to grow.
Seriously. My buddy did ph at 18 and 19 and he literally goes in this weekend to get his gyno removed. He also had to take test for awhile cuz he messed his natural production up. He will never used them again he says. I didn't take my first ph till I was 21. I'm 5'7 and weight 185ish now. I was 156lbs at 21. Creatine, protein and a lot of carbs. Eat everything in sight at your young age, and lift smart and heavy until 21 ish. Then give it a try. I am almost 27 years old now btw.

Wow, interesting, I'm also 5'7" and pushed 162-164 natty. What was your bf% at 21? I am curious because that means that 185ish is possible for me ... veeeery interesting!

Don't know my body fat then. But I was lean as hell, had a mixed six pack. If I had to guess 8-10%. A year ago I got up to 195lbs when I was eating and cycling PHs. It's possible with right diet and heavy training.

Your far too young for sarms or pro hormones. Wait untill your fully grown at 25 years old your balls will thank you. Anyone can gain without the use of any compounds. In the last 3 years i have gone from 154 pounds @ 26 years old too 198 pounds right now @ 29 years old without the use of any compounds. Only non natural thing i used so far was ostarine in the beginning of this year to cut some of that weight (didnt work). Eat more and when your full keep eating. One tip i give yo put weight on fast is wake up at 3am every morning for a month straight and have a protein shake with milk then go back to sleep, i promise you will put on 1kg a week (about 2 pounds a week). Food is the key not compounds. Eat like a fatty but keep it clean %80 of the time. Hope this helps. Just looking out for your long term test health.

You "seen this" on every forum because people are trying to save you from your dumba$$ self.
Learn to eat!! You're 18 and should have more than enough test floating around.

Learn to eat and learn to train. Stop kidding yourself, you're not ready for PEDs.

Come back here in a few years after you've learned what you need to know. PEDs are just a cherry on top, they are not a cure to inadequate diet and training.

Exactly. Should have just said, yes dbol, test, deca and then a M1T just in case the other three don't work .

Hi thanks for responding to the forum and sorry for coming off rude i didnt mean to seem that way. I weighed 130 before bodybuidling, i have no medical conditions, and my daily caloric intake is about 3500 calories a day. If you have some advice for me on how i can put on weight faster without the use of PED's id greatly appreciate it. Im here as almost a last resort because after 2 years ive only put on 20 pounds. Again any input on this will be extremley helpful

Could you please give some advice on how you did this like your diet and lifting program because ive tried many different tehniques with little progress and i know i sound very biased with the initial post but im all ears for any suggestions on how i can improve my routine. Im only turning to PED's because i dont see any other way to change my routine up.

20 pounds in 2 years naturally is actually really good keep it up. My tip is to wake up at night eat something then go back to sleep. Just keep eating and you will grow. If you keep doing what you are doing by the time your 23 to 25 you will be @ 180+ pounds easy then jump on the ph/aas train.

Thanks for the reply and im only considering this because ive seen minimal gains in the past 2 years. Im not "long gone" as you said, im all ears for any suggestions you have but as of right now this was one of the best alternatives i could see. If you have any tips on diet or routine PLEASE share them because im desperate to put on mass

Lift hard and lift heavy. 8 to 12 reps for hypertrophy. Dont go higher then 12 reps. If tge weight you are using is getting you past that rep range then up the weight untill you keep within 8 to 12 . Even 6 to 8 is a good range. Just go hard and eat big best advise you will get at your age.

Thanks for the advice tehild but i didnt think 20lbs in 2 years was good at all. I read somewhere that average muscle gains are .5 pounds a week and im no where near that so i assumed i was unable to gain the average amount of mass as everyone else

You must remember mass gained all comes down to how much you are eating more so then the exercising you are doing. Food and rest is %80 of muscle gain. Are you getting at least 8 hours sleep every night? At 18 years old its normal to not gain as fast as being in your 20's i stayed 154 pounds all the way up to 26 years old then all of a sudden i gained over 40 pounds in 3 years. Give it time and keep going hard and more importantly REST HARD that is key to growing.

Wow thanks for the tips guys. Definitley reconsidering going down this road and re-evaluating my diet and workout. Thanks for saving me from doing harm to my body! I guess ill be on my way over to the nutrition forms to get help there. Again thanks for the quick responses and solid advice

Hey big guy, you may be a hard gainer. If it helps any I was 135-145 in high school at 6'1 working out. It's hard as hell watching boys your age throw around 315 and your fighting with 185 on bench. If it helps after I graduated highschool I tried to get things right during college. I gained 30lbs my first year in college by eating up a **** storm of food. If you can't gain at 3500 cals bump it to 4000, 4500.... back then I could eat all freaking day and never gain body fat, man that was the nice part! If you just want a supplement to maybe help try Animal M Stak. It's non hormonal, but the nutritional partitioning is great and made to help hard gainers. I took it back in the day and noticed a difference in strength & size.

If you have a hard time getting extra calories in don't be afraid of using a homemade weight gainer shake recipe. My metabolism is crap compared to my teenage years so I can eat 2500cals per day and put size on but everyone is different and most weight lifting teens can easily consume 4000+ calories per day and not get too fat.
Gotta eat to grow man. Check out YouTube for weight gainer recipes.
Don't buy a meal or training plan, it's all available for free with some web searching :)

I'm not against m-stack because I've never used it but I will always recommend spending your extra money on quality foods, they'll do more for your physique than any supplement.

I've used lots of different supplements and they're all a waste of money and I regret not buying quality steak. Creatine and good food man, that'll do ya for now.
Save the hormonal stuff until you're older and have found success from food and training

16 oz whole milk ~ 300 cals
2 scoops protein ~ 250 cals
2 tbsp nut butter ~ 200 calls
3 scoops powdered oats ~ 400 cals

1150 calories. If I use vanilla protein, sometimes I'll sub the nut butter for spinach, kale, and fruit. A little less calories but way better micros. It's still 950 calories without nut butter.

Woody has you set good with that man. Eat your normal 3500 plus add this as another meal
