    day 15 today, strength is up a little, well more than just a little, weight is up 6lbs...I'm doing 30mgs dbol ed and test e 500mgs/week...I expected to put on a little more from the dbol, what do you guys think...? I'm still lean, no water weight 9% bf (roughly)...my diet is super clean should I eat more or does this sound right...(i'm 5'9" 176lbs NOW, started at 170lbs)

  4. thats half a pound a day, you are making very good gains. are you running any kind of anti-estrogen?

    Nah, thats really when things start picking up for me with dbol.

    I don't hold much water either and its a good thing!!

    Nah, if you aren't holding water then you really have no need for any AI's, and if you aren't having any signs of gyno then you have no need for nolva, just keep it close by just in case.

  9. If you blew up 6lbs in the first week and nothing from week 1 to week two I'd up the cals a bit. Otherwise steady as she goes man.
