Hello lads & Gals,

I got few questions regarding a Clenbuterol (ONLY) Cycle, for women. It's about my gf.

First of all, i got on hands Clenbuterol 0.05mg/tab (50 tabs) from HardCoreLabs.

Few questions that troubles me after doing some research around for Clenbuterol cycles on women:

  • They say around the web that dosages for women/beginner should be 20mcg per day. Those tabs i got on hands are 0.05mg/tab (as they say).. How many pills should be per day?
  • How should the dosages be splitted per day?
  • With meals or empty stomach?
  • Should she increase the dosages as the days pass or the dosages go steady?
  • Should she start decreasing the dosages while reaching the end of the cycle or keep it steady till she goes off?
  • People say that cycle should be "2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 6 weeks in total". Is this 6 weeks in total with on and off or we just count the 6 weeks ON?)
  • Regarding Clen & Cardio.. should she keep a distance between the time she takes Clen & goes for Cardio or it doesn't matter?

I'll leave some links here for you to do a bit more research on. Keep in mind you could also do just as well with Albuterol and not have as bad as sides from Clen. You can also get some ketotifen if you want to keep using Clen past the 2 week period and not have to cycle off. Keep an eye on her blood pressure and temperature. BP for safety, temp to make sure it's continuing to work.

Clen stacks well with thyroid hormones. There are some supplements out now with T2 (3,5-Diiodo-L-Thyronine), a legal thyroid hormone combined with some other ingredients. I can't remember the names off the top of my head, so I'll let the reps here let you know what they are. Some green tea extract in the form of EGCG will also help keep adrenaline levels up and has been shown to burn off an additional 200 kcals just on its own when taken daily (at least with caffeine, which you probably don't want to add to Clen since it's already a potent stim). Yohimbine is also a popular addition, since it's going to target the a2 receptors in adipose tissue in areas that have hard to lose fat, like stomach, thighs, buttocks. Forskolin would also be a good addition to keep cAMP levels elevated.

Empty stomach, probably doesn't matter. Probably less shakes and jitteriness with eating. Would probably work best if you took it before cardio.
