Epi-Tren Rx Side effects question

I've been taking IML Epi-Tren Rx for about 3 weeks, this is my first cycle that contained Tren. I started the cycle taking 3 caps a day, after the second week I bumped up to 4 caps a day. I planned on running the cycle for 5 weeks total. I'm obviously taking cycle assist, along with fish oil. I've been feeling lethargic, and my sex drive is gone. Should I go back to 3 caps a day?

That would help fight the lethargy. If you can add some quickly it would help. You could also add 4ad.
