So I'm about to come off of a 4 week run of SDMZ 2.0 plus epi-andro.
I'm up about 19lbs but I know a fair amount of that is water. Still, I went with the upper end of my calorie spectrum, about 3800 calories (6'3, 216 lbs when I started) and definitely picked up a bit of extra weight around the midline. I also filled out pretty nicely in the chest, arms, back and other areas, but I'm concerned about keeping cals so drastically high throughout PCT.
My maintenance is around 2900. Would it be alright to come down to around 3200 for PCT? I definitely don't want to waste my cycle and yo-yo as I've done that before, but want to kind of halt the expansion while holding onto gains.
Looking for general advice on reigning in calories but still keeping above maintenance. Is this ok to do?
