Question about two different 1-andro compounds! Finaflex, Olympus UK

Hi guys!

Is there any major difference between 3-hydroxy-5alpha-androst-1-en-17-one and 3beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androst-1-en-17-one you need to be aware of when dosing these compounds?

I am planning on doing a 8 weeks 1-andro cycle and I need to find another alternative to finaflex 1-andro as I can´t find it anymore.
I still have two bottles left of the finaflex and was looking into buy Olympus UK SUP3R-1 Elite as a complement and was wondering if the dosing schedule for those two products are the same?

I have dosed the finaflex for 5 caps a day in the past and was planning on doing the same dosing again but the Olympus UK SUP3R-1 Elite says Do not exceed 3 caps in any given 24 hour period.
Is the Olympus compound somehow stronger? Or is it just a recommendation?
