Hey everyone. I've been cutting for 4-6 weeks (~ -1 lb/week) and started epi about a week ago. I noticed that my weight has gone up by 1.5-2 pounds even if I haven't changed my caloric intake. I'm still eating a caloric deficit. Is this normal? I'm not too sure if I should do more cardio or cut more calories. My goal is to lower my bf% so I don't mind if this ends up being a recomp. I'm also bridging tr3n for the last 4 weeks of this cycle so I'm wondering how that's going to affect my cut as well.

yes you can gain weight, mainly from the extra glycogen you will be carrying around (just water weight). You can still lose bf though

Definitely glycogen retention. Probably starting to look a bit fuller too. If your diet is truly in check and in a deficit, it's not bad weight. Stay the course, don't worry about the scale so much as the mirror. As stated, on cycle you can add a few lbs. and still lose fat.
