Test cyp 500mg/week AI

Should 1mg/week of anastrozole be enough to keep e2 around 20-30 running 500mg test cyp/week?

Probably. Depends on how heavily you aromatize- everyone's different. 0.5 every 3 or 4 days was perfect for me on a similar cycle.

I ran 1000mg/week test cyp with no AI a few years back for a month, had no real physical e2 symtoms other than water bloat, ed, and crazy off the wall anger, but my e2 was at 136. I would think .5mg or 1mg would be sufficient to keep me in normal e2 range. Would 1mg adex take me too low on 500mg/week?

.25 e3d would be a good place to start. Adjust depending on nipple sensitivity and water retention
