Any way to increase the bioavailability of a ph?

Well depending on the actual compound and which enzymes are really important in its metabolization (correct english?) there are different compounds inhibiting the enzymes. Essentially along the lines of how some of the compounds yates84 mentioned work.

My knowledge doesn't extend that far - I just know that Cimetidine is considered the Mac Daddy of OTC CYP enzyme inhibitors.
