Carbs are not an essential macronutrient, and they will not make you build muscle at a greater rate than if you had no carbs but had 250g fat in your diet instead (for reference). Keep your fat up, I personally won't go below 65g when cutting, and as bobi593 said add cardio. It's sounds counter productive but doing fasted cardio and training at night you will be noticeably hungrier through the day and will be elevating tour metabolism so that you're not just going to turn into a fat slob if you do things right
