Hey whats up guys im here to log my entire journey to my first competition ( cycle+diet+training).Im training 5 times x week 1 muscle group ED:

Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Shoulders and Traps
Thursday-Legs
Friday-Arms

Im currently on cutting(ketogenic diet) i weight 89kgs,200lbs and im on 2300kcal ED: Pro-220gr Carbs-30gr Fat-140gr

Cycle Layout:

TR1UMPH: 40mg week 1-3 60mg week 3-6 80 week 6-8
DERMAFURY: 100mgx8 weeks
DERMATR3N: 30mg week 1-3 60mg week 3-6 90mg week 6-8
MASS GH: 3 caps ed x8 weeks 30mg ghar1ne + 12 mg LGD
EnduraShred:1cap week 1-4 2 caps week 4-8

Oh man been a while since I've seen mention of DermaFury. Lucky dog.

I'm sure you'll get a dozen different opinions on how to run this, but however you do it, I'm in to watch!!!

Are you planning on running 1g of Tudca ED?
If I'm not mistaken, neither Furaza or Tren are methylated and furthermore both versions are TD so I wouldn't think 1g of TUDCA would be necessary for just the Tr1umph which is pretty mild?

Correct on the Furazan and Tren not being methylated but they will pass through the liver on the 2nd pass. When I ran Tr1umph I did see some mild darkening of my urine @ 60mg (toward the end of cycle) and this was with Damage Control and aditional NAC, Tudca etc etc.

Don't forget that he is also taking 2 research drugs (Ostarine/LGD) at doses beyond what has been studied in humans and/or never studied when stacked with various other anabolics; Not to mention GW-501516 and MK-677.

I don't think this cycle is by any means harsh on paper, it's just a lot of compounds passing through the liver and leaving a lot of waste products (metabolites) behind. If it were me I'd probably start out around 500mg and up the dose to 1g towards the end of the cycle.

I'm sure the OP knows what he is doing, I was just curious how much he was going to use.

Ok so first 2 days are passed. Nothing to report yet. Yesterday was chest and today i had back workout.Im training really fast with high reps(10-15) and moderate weights

Chest:

End of the 4th day.Yesterday i had a rest day(cheat day) and today i did shoulders and traps.Blood pressure is completely normal 110/60 this morning, mood is ok but the appetite is definetly increased which is not good on cutting expecially close to Xmas LOL. Weight is a little bit up since i had a huge cheat day yesterday.I have also decided to do just 5 meals ed and keep the pro and fats high, this will allow me to cut 200-300kcal ed along with cardio.

End of the 1st week.So far good,huge appetite increase and a little bit of lethargy. Saturday I did biceps and Triceps and Sunday I had my 2nd rest day of the week.I upped the dosage of Dermatr3n to 60mg daily. Blood Pressure today was ok 125/80 thanks to the best otc cycle support ever create Ar1micare Pro. The pump in the gym is hurting.At the end of the last workout I couldn't even take off my t shirt.

Not trying to hijack your thread but is an epiandro product good to fight off lethargy for triumph? I'm asking cause I was gonna use epiandro as my test base and I don't know if triumph is DHT based or not. If it is then epiandro plus triumph would cause joint issues?

Epiandro is good for lethargy. Yes, Triumph is a DHT-based compound. Stacking Epi-A and Triumph would make for a very dry cycle. If you are prone to joint issues, I would avoid the combo and use 4-Andro instead. It will convert to Test, DHT, and Estrogen so would be better suited to stack with Triumph. You could also use both Epi-A and 4-Andro as a base to get the best of both worlds.

Dang, lethargic already? That sucks. Are you going to take something combat that or try to push through it? Also, how long have you been taking MK-677 or did you just start it with the Mass GH?

Well i started to take ghar1ne 3 months ago so this is the 4rth month of mk 677, the lethargy is not that bad ;)

Right on. I like Gharine. I'm on month three right now at 30 mg. I'm probably gonna run 3 more months at that dose. I had a little bloating in the beginning but that has subsided. Are you gonna keep your dose at 30 mg and for how long. I would imagine the lethargy is going to get much worse with 5 suppressive compounds. No contingency plan?

I'm on 40 mg of Mk 677 right now with 200mcg of Huperzine A. I'm going to add more tudca soon

I'm curious to know your thoughts on 40 mg of MK-677 vs. 30 and 20 mg. Did you see a noticeable change (positive or negative) when increasing the doage?

Yes.at 10mg ed I didn't notice anything.,at 20mg my sleep became deeper and I got an increease in appetite.Well I have to say that I didn't notice any difference between 30 and 40.Just vivid dream on 40 and more appetite lol

Day 10-11: I had legs yesterday and arms today. BRUTAL pump in the gym and now im starting to really notice the first gains guys :) Blood Pressure is ok 120/75 this morning mood is ok. I cheated on my diet this week becasue the appetite was through the roof guys especially close to Xmas lol however tomorrow im going to continue my keto diet.

Day 12: Today rest day so no gym today.Blood pressure still ok 116/80 and my appetite is under control :). Yesterday i got a little bit of insonmia but i took 500mg of phenibut and it knocks me out ( i use it only when i really must sleep of when i want to relax., usually once a week and no more than 500mg).However body temp seems increased.

Tren hunger can definitely be hard to deal with on a cut, looks like you're getting through it pretty good!

Day 13-14: I had rest day yesterday and chest day today. Strenght is definetely up guys, the appetite and mood are ok. Blood Pressure is still normal.I add more TUDCA on cycle so im taking Ar1micare Pro+250mg of extra TUDCA.The pump in the gym is HURTING LOL .

I gained 10lbs in 16 days.

This is getting me so excited to start my triumph cycle in January. You said you have gained weight even though your eating for cut. How has the changes looked in mirror?
Well im eating more this days because appetite increased a lot however in the mirror i look more vascular and fuller

Day 17-18: Im getting stronger day by day, im looking bloated right now because im eating a lot more.On the scale i gained 10 lbs thus far.I upped the dosage of tr1umph to 60mg ed and im going to add radar1ne next week at 12mg ed.No lethargy, Blood Pressure still ok and im little bit more aggressive in the gym and outside.The appetite is the biggest issue and is very very hard to handle expecially if you like me love carbs LOL.Also im going to up the dosage of mk 677 to 50mg ed with Huperzine A 200mcg.In the gym the pump is really CRAZY on leg day is PAINFUL and since im doing high reps i can guarantee you guys you can barely move after the workout :(

Day 19-20: Massive arms day yesterday still sore today same routine as usual .Blood Pressure still ok 117/70 today, im little bit more aggressive and impatience then usual.Massive pump in the gym, im getting stronger and on the scale i gained 12 lbs in 3 weeks. Im looking fuller and a little bit bloated.Right now i upped the dosage of TUDCA so im taking 500mg of extra TUDCA+Ar1micare Pro.Very vivid dreams while on 40mg ed of Mk 677 and 200mcg of Huperzine A., no lethargy but massive increase in appetite :).Today is rest day so the 3rd week of this cycle is done

Day 20-21: Yesterday i had a massive chest day,same routine as usual the pump was amazing.I did 395lbs on the bench x 2 reps for the first time in my life ....it was amazing! The Alpha feeling in the gym is real, yesterday i felt like i can lift the entire gym! Blood pressure still normal 130/80 this morning im drinkin a lot of water like 1,5 gallon. Sides thus far: impatience sometimes, a little bit more nervous,night sweats. On the scale i gained 10lbs and im looking fuller in the mirror. Today is back ;)
