Fat loss? Yes, if your diet is in check, but not its strong suit

Anger? Yes but it's not like your angry a the time. It's just when you get mad you get even more mad than usual.
Sleep? Wasn't affected. Maybe slight improvement.
Joints? It didn't dry me out that I had joint pain. But the rapid strength prob didn't let my tendons catch up.

What positive sides?
Lbs gained? Was using more than 1 compound towards the end so I can't answer. But my guess is that 6-10 pounds gained with a slight bf drop is possibly from a 6 week cycle if your diet is on point.
Strength? Nothing absolutely crazy but I made great progression and improved my lifts by 5 pounds almost every week.
Sense of well being? I felt like an alpha male, and my psychological drive was way up.
Fat loss? I think it more so works by you not putting anymore fat in bc all calories are gunna be used for muscle building. And from that if you have the same amount of fat before and after but an extra 6 pounds if muscle your bf% will drop (while in a caloric surplus).

Anger? -No.
Sleep? -No change.
Joints? - No change.

Lbs gained? 6.6 (1 lbs/week)
Strength? -Very good.
Sense of well being? -Not really. Better focus in the gym. Might be purely psychological.
Fat loss? -No, and no fat gained either. If the diet is in check, your body fat will be slightly lower, because of the muscle/water gain.
