I am looking to do my first PH cycle. My main goal is Strength but I am looking to do a lean bulk, and put on 20-40lbs on my main lifts in about 4-6 weeks, and about 6-10lbs of solid muscle. I am thinking of just running one compound sense I am new to PH's. I've been doing a little research and I was thinking of takin DMZ for 20/20/30/30/ or 20/30/30/40. I was wondering what you guys may think.
I am 6'1 228 lbs idk bf% and I'm 28 years old. I'd also like some ideas of good brands for DMZ. And would like to log it as well. Thank you!
