I don't know if this were I'm supposed to do the hey I'm new thread but here's a little about me:
I'm an athletic body type generally hold between 10-12 percent body fat year round. I am 5'9 179 pounds and 22 years old. I'm also military.
I joined this forum to learn more about cycles and programs and nutrition..I'm a hard gainer so most of all my weight gain througg the years has actually all been since I was 20 and did my first ph cycle.
I don't max out but my main three lifts are
Bench for 250 for 3-5 reps depending on energy levels.
Squat- 405 for 2 reps. Never try anymore than that.
Deadlift 305 for 10 reps. I have skoliaosis so I'm always cautious about increasing wait on deadlift.
That's pretty much it. I have ****ty arm genetics and onlt.have 13 inch arms and 15.5 flexed. That's really the only measurement I keep up with cause its my main aesthetic piece I need to get better.
